Within a few days, I was able to close on the deal including getting running boards, mudflaps, and roof cross bars installed. Joe Embro also was great in setting up the paperwork and financing. Also, Mike gave me a more detailed "turnover" than I had ever received from any other car purchase over the past 28-years. I appreciated his patience with me and his knowledge of the vehicle. Brought my vehicle in for an antifreeze or transmission leak Inspected my explorer and showed the leaks and rusted lines and connections to me. Mechanic indicated a new radiator might be necessary. Received two Inspected my explorer and showed the leaks and rusted lines and connections to me. Mechanic indicated a new radiator might be necessary. Received two quotes, one without the cost of the radiator,, and the other included the radiator. Naturally both quotes included parts , labor and fluid replacement. Since my vehicle is a 2008 , parts had to ordered and my vehicle wouldn’t be completely repaired until Monday. I was offered a loaner. My vehicle was repaired and I was able to pick it up on Monday. All indications are that it has been fixed , drives fine no indications of any leaks.The loaner made it so much easier to be without my own vehicle. More

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE My husband and I purchase a 2018 Ford F150 on November 13, 2018. Before we even picked up the vehicle the dealership did the old bait and switch with My husband and I purchase a 2018 Ford F150 on November 13, 2018. Before we even picked up the vehicle the dealership did the old bait and switch with the price of the vehicle...but my husband was persistent and really wanted this truck and didn't walk away. My husband picked up the vehicle late in the evening and didn't look everything over to right away. The following day we noticed several things wrong with the vehicle. 1) The buttons on the entire dashboard for the radio didn't work. We could only change the radio by one knob on the dash. 2) the Ecoboost engine feature option did not work for me to shut the mechanism off 3) the four wheel drive makes a loud clunking winding noise 4) there is a rattling noise coming from somewhere near the front 5) the vehicle also seems to be tugging to the right when the wheel is straight 6) the vehicle only seems to be getting a really low gas mileage from what listed 7) the rear differential is leaking My husband immediately called the dealership and notified them the following day. They scheduled him for an appointment the following week but we were really annoyed that we took the vehicle in 11/17/2018. Someone in the service department looked over the vehicle and they assured us everything would be taken care of. Currently we have dropped off/picked up our vehicle for repairs to Roesch Ford in Bensenville, IL now a total of 10 times....that is 2 whole hours round trip everytime!! That does not include the time we had to sit and wait. I also want to mention several times that they called us to pick up the vehicle....nothing was ever repaired and we wasted time driving 2+ hours to pick up the same vehicle with repairs not done. Needless to say we have had it with this lemon that is supposed to be nearly new. We're tired of getting the run around with this dealership and the service department when this vehicle is still under warranty. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! More

I went in and within an hour and a half I was the proud owner of a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium! Rory was awesome and made the whole experience enjoyable.
