He even hung up on me earlier and wouldn't take my call when I attempted to call back. I was just trying to figure out my options. He even tried to make me feel bad for him because he says that he is living in Poverty and has three kids. Tell the sob story to someone else. I am not even sure what that has to do with me. Management is not any better, since I bought this car 22 months ago, they are already through two Sales Managers and none of them helped me out at all. Looks like they hire some real class acts. Unfortunately for them, they lost a very good customer, that only buys Chevy vehicles. I will take my business somewhere else. All they had to do was help me out with this mess and they would have had my family and I as a long term customer. My advice, stay away from this place. There are many other Chevy dealers out there that can help you. More
Bought a car, they told me it was certified, and sign in window that said certified. less than 2 weeks after buying the car, my oil pan leaked. I bought and extended warranty and took the car back. Nick, window that said certified. less than 2 weeks after buying the car, my oil pan leaked. I bought and extended warranty and took the car back. Nick, general manager is one a**. The service shop blamed me that I ran over a rock. Next day the told me a differant story, and told me I ran over a speed bump. they refused to repair this problem, and wanted me to pay them 900.00. I took it to another dealer, they said it was possable it was stess from before I bought the car. The good dealer also found out that they sold me a car that had only 20% good breaks. They only would replace break pad, my rotors had hot spots on it and when they deglased it, the break could not grip. The sad part about this situation, the owner, Ms Roesch, is a good actress, and acts like she cares, but I can honestly tell you, this dealer cares more about there bottom line than customer saftey, and satitfaction. I am warning everyone. BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE REPAIRS. THEY DO CHEAPE WORK, AND WILL NOT BUDGE ON TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. I will never take this car back, there are many more VW dealers that card, and do very good car repair. Nothing was disclosed to me that there was problems with this car. Only 3 weeks, and already, lots of money of of my pocked, I have not even made my first car payment. Terrible dealer.. More
I would absolutely not recommend this dealership. However, Greg and his manager (Mark Neuman--Dead Beat) convinced me that if I go over on the 60,000 miles that I was allotted through the Smart Buy Aggreement that I would not be hit with the Excessive Milage Fee as long as I brought the car back after the 48 Months and bought another Chevy Car. I told them that would not be a problem since I would always buy a Chevy Car. Unfortunately, I just found out that what they told me was a lie and so far Larry Roesch's Great Customer Service (hahaha) has not come up with any options for me. I suggested that we take the amount of money that I will be charged for excessive miles out of Greg Blaho's Commission Check, why not??? Like I said, I am in sales and if I lie to a customer, the reputable company that I work for would hit my GP!!! More
I walked into Larry Roesch Chevrolet on a Saturday and dealt with Sevan who was one of the most friendliest people I have ever dealt with in my life. He explained everything very well and I had no proble dealt with Sevan who was one of the most friendliest people I have ever dealt with in my life. He explained everything very well and I had no problems or complaints. He offered me a drink and made the whole process very smooth. I couldn't purchase the car because my wife wasn't there and she had to see the car. I wasn't able to come back till next friday. When I came back the following friday, Sevan wasn't in to work that day, so he had told Jeff to help me and finish the deal. I am very happy with the customer service Jeff gave and he made this deal go very very smooth. I will never buy a car from anywhere but Larry Roesch again. More

Had a problem with car starting. Called and received estimate od $220.00 and with $56.00 tow was $455.43 and Ignition key cylinder now defective or damaged in removal or replacement. Bill, had they repl estimate od $220.00 and with $56.00 tow was $455.43 and Ignition key cylinder now defective or damaged in removal or replacement. Bill, had they replaced the ignition key cylinder, would have been $785.00. When satisifaction call came in the day after I picked up the car I told the gal about my unpleasant experience and she stated she or the service mgr would call me the following day. No calls in a couple weeks. Sent letter and hope to get a call early nexct week to see if they will agree to some kind of monetary concession to replace the cylinder. More
