Great service, quality, and people behind the counter. My very soon-to-be wife and I purchased our car together back in November 2014 and Rodman has been a wonderful place to do business with in all depart My very soon-to-be wife and I purchased our car together back in November 2014 and Rodman has been a wonderful place to do business with in all departments. Diane Carter helped us with purchasing our car and was amazing. She made everything easy to understand, got us a little deal with the price, and made sure we both loved the car before we signed. Now that we mostly show up here for serves, Tiffany Roach has 'taken us under her wing'. She is one of the nicest people over the phone and in person. Anytime we bring our car in we end up getting a call from her with updates, what needs to be fixed, and when we can pick up our car. There is nothing quite like Rodman and the people that work there. No customer service Ok so I don't really rant on here about a business problem because we all have bad days. With that being said. Rodman Ford in Foxboro need help on what customer service is. I bought a new car there a year and a half ago and I had a awesome experience with salesmen Dave was great. Fast forward to first oil change take the car in and it comes out with a small scratch.... within 20 minutes i call the service department and say hey you scratched my car ... Expecting a hard time they say ok sorry bring it back and we will fix it no problem. I bring it back they put a little paint over the unwashed car and say your all set. I wasn't having it I had to argue for them to do it right. Thinking I was all done with the drama I go in to get my steering wheel looked at because it was peeling. I had a appointment and it took over a hour to get the car in side to take a picture I was irritated. Then a month later I got a call hey are you going to pick up your steering wheel? Well no one called me to let me know it was there. I get a appointment and have it installed quickly as i was leaving the service writer says " you will get a survey and if you don't have something good to say don't say anything ". I wrote this on the survey and a few days later get a voice mail saying we will do anything to change your mind about us we will detail your car free oil changes you tell us what you want. I ignore the call because I just want someone to know how I felt about the lack of service. So now its time for another oil change and they now won't service my car until they take pictures of it because I am " trying to get something for free " they say I lied about the first scratch and that I am out to get them. So now I cant get the service I paid for in advance. They have zero respect for people. I would not recommend there service department to my worst enemy. More
Rude manager and theft Brought my car to Rodman collision for repairs for last month on my 2015 Ford Fusion. It took 5-6 weeks for the repairs to be completed. When I pick u Brought my car to Rodman collision for repairs for last month on my 2015 Ford Fusion. It took 5-6 weeks for the repairs to be completed. When I pick up my car just last week! My driver door Sensor was broken. My car wouldn't register that the door was closed, leaving my lights on inside and my doors not locking at all. I did not bring my car there with the driver door broken. I was livid with my car being there for 5-6 weeks to begin with And then to pick up my car in poor condition. I demanded my deductible back. The manager never called me back after two voicemails never returned my phone calls. Until I wrote an email recently about items missing from my trunk after my car had been there over a month! He called me back being so rude and telling me I won't be getting a dime back. I demanded my $500 back but he wouldn't budge over $300. The manager told me that $300 credited back to my credit card(still waiting for it. Amex takes a little longer to credit back accounts) but that was a fight in it's self to get my refund. will not be doing any more business with Rodman Ford. They need to Learn some customer service skills. All the damage was in the front end of my car. No one should've been in my trunk let alone just searching my car to steal things. On a positive note... Danielle who was managing the process of my car getting fixed was so helpful! Maybe management should take notes from her. Or maybe she should be promoted. More

They not only found the problem right away they told me it was going to take a few hours to fix. So they gave me a rental for the night. More
