I had been shopping around for a new F-150 for about a week and initially had no plan to visit Rodman Ford. I had to work nearby and by chance looked online and noticed that Rodman had a truck I was inte week and initially had no plan to visit Rodman Ford. I had to work nearby and by chance looked online and noticed that Rodman had a truck I was interested in. I requested an internet price and within 30 min Shaun in internet sales called me. I informed him that I did not have a lot of time and that I was looking to trade in my high mileage F-150. He was very helpful over the phone so I took the shot and tried Rodman. I dealt with Holly who made helped make a very smooth deal. I was very up front with my intentions and Holly was equally straight to the point. Overall I was very happy I stopped in to Rodman. The sale/trade went smooth and the delivery was nice and fast. More
Like many others, I have always approached the car buying experience with a great deal of hesitation, skepticism and angst. My recent experience at Rodman Ford has made me reconsider my preconceptions. O experience with a great deal of hesitation, skepticism and angst. My recent experience at Rodman Ford has made me reconsider my preconceptions. Our salesperson, Roman, was extremely helpful, patient, and respectful of the fact we were considering all manufacturers/options. At no point was he pushy or disparaging of other dealers/manufacturers. He allowed us the freedom to experience the test drive without all the sales-speak. My wife's employer is part of Ford's Partner Purchase Program, which allowed for a smooth, haggle-free negotiation. And, unlike some dealers, the purchase and sale docs were straight-forward and clearly defined. I was also very happy with the trade-in allowance as initially presented, again removing any need for needless haggling and nickel and diming. The rest of the dealership staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful, and they all took the time to talk to my 2 year-old daughter as she ran around the showroom. That may seem like a small gesture, but to me is a glimpse into the type of people Rodman employs. My wife and I felt very comfortable with the whole process, and everyone we met was great. I would like to add that we have been taking our cars to Rodman's Mobile 1 service center for the past year or so, and Dennis and his team are top notch. Again, they are very friendly, respectful, and attentive. More
I have bought many Lincolns and Fords in my life. But my relationship with Rodman has been the best of any car dealer. Ownership, and current and former managers have all treated me right. The extended service warranty sounded good at the time but after running the numbers, it is better than that. Happy you have this program as well. Still working on all the bells and whistles but getting there - a lot of features to learn and program into the car - I think I'll take you up on your offer to help. Tyrone was outstanding. I would recommend him to my family and friends should they be in the market for a Ford. The only area I wasn't 100% pleased with was the financing department. I went to Rodman family and friends should they be in the market for a Ford. The only area I wasn't 100% pleased with was the financing department. I went to Rodman at 2:00 pm that the afternoon. After looking around and test driving cars, I had my paperwork completed by 4:00 pm, however at 5:00 pm I was asked if I could come back in an hour and a half. Just prior to being asked to come back, Tyrone showed me the preliminary figures and we both noticed that it didn't include my trade in. I also noticed that the sunroof was more than I has anticipated spending so I asked that it be removed. I was concerned that there was a problem and asked Tyrone, but he said there wasn't. The financing department was just a little behind. While I was there, I only saw one other customer so I was surprised that they were behind. I came back at 6:45 pm, however Brian came out to tell me Jeff wasn't ready yet and would be with me shortly. At 7:00 pm we went to Jeff's office, but it took another hour and half to get through the paperwork. Both my husband and son just bought cars from Rodman within the last year and they were done in about 2 1/2 hours. I know it takes time to purchase a vehicle, however I thought that it took much longer than it should have. More
I was very pleased with my experience at Rodman Ford. It was the first time I had ever purchased a car, with the help of my son-in-law. I had been to a few dealers before I ended up at Rodman and found the was the first time I had ever purchased a car, with the help of my son-in-law. I had been to a few dealers before I ended up at Rodman and found the whole experience to be friendly and sincere. The other dealers gave me the high pressure, "it will be gone tomorrow" routine, but not at Rodman. I appreciated that. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to my friends and family. More
