Rodman Ford was great but the Ford Motor Company Stunk Rodman was awesome to me with the purchase of my 2015 Escape. I couldn't ask for more but boy does Ford motor company stink. Ford made me wait almost 1 month for the delivery of my vehicle!! By the time the vehicle arrived, I had broken my leg and couldn't even drive my new vehicle. They could of pulled it on the end of a rope and had the vehicle here sooner. I can't tell you how wonderful Vinnie and David were. Couldn't do enough for me. They kept me calm and offered me the world. I had almost cancelled my sale because the Ford motor Company kept me hanging so long. Well, I have just received my new vehicle, finally, and I'm as happy as a clam but just wish I could drive it. David was wonderful and he delivered my vehicle to me. Thank God because I can't drive yet. The Ford Motor Company should put their tails between their legs in shame for the long wait and be xxxx happy they had Rodman Ford to keep this deal together. Then I made an appointment with the help of Dave with Phil Hunt to get an automatic starter put in. Another no pressure experience. What a great team! 2015 Ford Escape Buying Experience was great! I had never been to Rodman or many dealerships before them, honestly only two before Rodman. Before I even got into the building someone (David) greet I had never been to Rodman or many dealerships before them, honestly only two before Rodman. Before I even got into the building someone (David) greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed help. I was probably cranky & short with him, since I don't like getting attacked before I even get in the door. I was pleasantly surprised by the low-key attitude and no-pressure questions asked of me. We left that day with no car, but said we would come back. I had other salesmen calling me from other dealerships, offering to lower a car price but I didn't budge. I waited for the opportunity to go back to Rodman to get the car I wanted from David. When I returned it was almost 4 months later and I was still welcomed with a smile, and he actually remembered us. The car search was made easy, the price was fair and the overall experience with David and all his colleagues was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Dianne was just a picture of a Sales Person with knowledge, personnality, efficiency and most of all understanding of Customer needs. She couln't do enough to ensure we had a good experience and when it came to negotiating with her managers it was seamless. Stephen Sousa was deliberate, quick and assuring of the Deal and future Service at Rodman. Never happens to my family I purchased a 2006 escape with 75,000 mi and bought an extended service warranty. The car had several issues that the warranty covered with not one is I purchased a 2006 escape with 75,000 mi and bought an extended service warranty. The car had several issues that the warranty covered with not one issue from the service advisors, the advisors could,nt be any more pleasant and understanding. At 102,000 mi the engine had a major problem that the warranty would not cover. We owed 2 yrs of payments left on the loan and could not afford the cost of the repair. I received a call from Craig Rodman after several weeks trying to resolve the issue. He explained the situation and he and his brother Curt wanted to step in and help make this situation a good experience for our family ,which has been a real hardship being down a vehicle. They stepped up and we're able to get us into a brand new lease vehicle and could,nt be any happier of the outcome. You never hear good stories like this ,and never happens to us. I would buy another new or used vehicle from Rodman hands down,First class operation. More
