Excellent Experience With Demetri When I arrived at Rodman Ford the first time I was introduced to Demetri. Demetri Worked through my demands and sense of humor on the first purchase When I arrived at Rodman Ford the first time I was introduced to Demetri. Demetri Worked through my demands and sense of humor on the first purchase in November of 2014. I was so impressed with Demetri that I went back to see him and purchased a 2015 F150. I loved my 2014 but at the time really wanted a 2015 and when I saw the color and options I wanted I contacted Demetri and he put the truck aside until I got there and of coarse him knowing me from the first rodeo he was ready for my sense of humor and demands and he had the deal done quickly . I would recommend Demetri as a fantastic sales person and a pleasure to work with. More

Customer service is good but there is still something wrong Demetri was really patient to me and tried his best to do things for me. He helped me fixing the car even after i took it away. He really did the best he could in his power range. However there was still some problems with Rodman ford. When it comes to the purchase of the car, the finance manager required me to buy their warranty which is 2000 or he won't sell the car to me. When I said I'm not buying he gave up on that. When I took the car from the dealership, Demetri wasn't able to be there so I chose to let someone else to give me the car the finance manager just gave me the key and asked me to take the car by myself. It was really dark in the evening so there was a huge dent on the front wheel which may cause by the runner from them I didn't notice. The second day I drove it back they refused to fix it. I admit it was my fault that I didn't check the car careful that day, but I feel the sales manager is also responsible to check the car with me and show me everything is in the shape as when I test drive it. And when they say fully severed please check everything by yourself again, there are still problems with my car now. Hope they will fix it. More

Even in the freezing cold, Demetri was enthusiastic about showing me a wide variety of vehicles, and encouraged me to find a car that I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles in the lot, and was patient enough to explain in detail the benefits and concerns for each vehicle according to what I needed. I was able to find a car that I loved, a 2015 Toyota Corolla S with low miles, a fantastic warranty plan, and a great deal. He worked with me to find a payment plan that I would be comfortable with, and was a lot of fun to work with. I was dreading buying a car, and Demetri was friendly and professional. During our test drive David let my wife and I talk and did not feel the need to push the car on us. Once we decided to make the purchase, David was very helpful in letting us know about all the option we had. Rodham Ford also agreed to fix a number of small scraps and scratches at no cost. Lee, from finance, was also great. He found us a great rate and let me pick which warranties I did and did not want. I never once felt like he was trying to rack up the sale. This is the very first positive experience I have ever had at a dealership! More

I dread car shopping, hate dealerships. Pleasantly surprised I never bother with dealerships. Almost always walk out feeling bamboozled and taken for a fool. This was not at all what I expected.
