Not a honest company I was interested in a vehicle they had available, I already did a online application for financing so there was no surprise in my not so swell credit. I explained everything in detail nothing left out, I explained I already had been financed by another dealership etc management assured me that there should be no issues they work with 30 banks and make sure I asked for Andrew Hackett. With that being said I drove over a hour to the dealership asked for Andrew all for a Michele to send me to a sales rep who then filled out have my application walked away and came back with another gentle man to then tell me I needed at least 5000 down which is ludicrous. They pretty much are telling me to pay off my old car note so I can buy there vehicle! The dealership I am buying my brand new car from is paying off my car note to get me into a brand new vehicle with zero money down! Typical dealership, this company is all lies to get you in the door. I don't have time to waste as I work full time. More

Awesome deal on a used Ford Flex Wagon Ok, I admit to being a cautious shopper (maybe even a nerd), but before making a major buying decision like this, I research the heck out of my produc Ok, I admit to being a cautious shopper (maybe even a nerd), but before making a major buying decision like this, I research the heck out of my product choice to make sure it is what I really want. Then I search near and far to find the best match of features, condition and price. When I found the Flex of my dreams at Rodman Ford, I thought that I would not be able to afford it. While the price was more than I really wanted to pay, the car had much lower mileage than any other Flex that I had considered, had the features that were important to me (a factory towing system and AWD), was in great shape and was a "Rodman Certified" used car. For how great this car was, I got a great deal on it. Aside from how pleased I was with the car, the service was outstanding, from start to finish. After contacting Rodman's on line, I was contacted by the team to confirm that the car that I was interested in, was available. They set up a time that was convenient for me and my wife to test drive the Flex and speak to their used car maven Tony Viveiros to learn more about it. They even called and emailed me to make sure that Tony would be available for my visit. Tony was excellent. He listened to my requirements, confirmed that my research was "spot on". Flex was my choice. He took us for a test drive, showed us all the bells and whistles (mind boggling, as I am used to older technology cars. the backup camera is going to be great when backing up to my boat trailer.) Tony and the team couldn't have been more helpful in supporting my nerd decision process. When detailing it prior to pick up yesterday, they found a crack in my windshield, automatically replaced it and ordered a replacement trim part that they found was cracked. I will stop by tomorrow to have the trim replaced. And as long as I have my oil changed at their 30 minute quick lube beside the service department, they will extend to me a lifetime drive train warranty for as long as I own the car. I keep my cars a long time, so this is a great deal. I recommend Tony and the Rodman team very highly. Ed "Flex" Aside More

Have been dropping cars off for service for 10 years. I would have given 5 stars for the dealership except that about a week after I bought the car, the "perfume" they use in the car to freshen it up wore off and now I am trying to air out the rancid cigarette smoke odor. Had I recognized the smell, I would have looked at other options. More
