Negotiating with Marco and Richie went back and forth but was always respectful and we were able to come to terms for buying the 2015 F 150. I also had a very good experience with finance manager, Lauren Fitzgerald. She explained every step in the process. Also Joe at the accessories counter was very helpful in getting back to me with prices of some items I was interested in for the truck. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience which is not always the case at a lot of dealers. More

We ultimately went with the first car we test drove and the financing went so smoothly... I was honestly expecting it to take 3 times as long based on our experience at another dealership.... but we were processed very quickly. The finance manager took the time to review all options with us and we got the best deal we were hoping for. we took delivery two days later and the car was spotless. overall it was as far from a usual car buying experience and we wouldn't hesitate to return!
