Black Friday Shopping I went to Rodman Ford on Black Friday. I was promptly asked if I was being helped. The Manager found a sales rep. While Pat is mainly in Fleet serv I went to Rodman Ford on Black Friday. I was promptly asked if I was being helped. The Manager found a sales rep. While Pat is mainly in Fleet services, they were short handed that day. He gave us his full attention. Pat and the Rodman team worked to get me the deal I wanted. I left that day with the truck of my dreams. A few days later, Pat drove to my job and picked up my truck to have a remote starter put in as well as get the car inspected. He kept in contact and brought it back to me in time for me to leave work. He took a few minutes to explain how it works and then offer to be of assistance any time in the future should I need it. While we spent a bit longer at the dealership, due to a shortage of personelle, everyone was very nice and I was well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone. They were not pushy at all, they really want to do what they can to get you what you want. More

The Good and Bad The GOOD: This was my second time dealing with Demetri, he was courteous and professional, doing everything within his control to make sure my needs w The GOOD: This was my second time dealing with Demetri, he was courteous and professional, doing everything within his control to make sure my needs were met, from locating my transponder to finding floor mats for my 2016 Fusion, after the dealership (management) claimed this item was not provided w/pre-owned vehicles. If you choose Rodman as your dealer, I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Demetri! THE BAD: As for Rodman, I was not satisfied with how my lease return was handled, I just received a bill from Ford for ("Wear and Use Charge") that was never disclosed during the return process, I made five (5) separate visits to Rodman while this transaction was being completed and not once did anyone mention an issue with the vehicle I was returning! This is VERY disappointing, again I'm a returning customer and Demetri exceeded expectations, helping me locate the right vehicle for me needs at this time, but dealership management left a lot to be desired. More

No customer service Ok so I don't really rant on here about a business problem because we all have bad days. With that being said. Rodman Ford in Foxboro need help on what customer service is. I bought a new car there a year and a half ago and I had a awesome experience with salesmen Dave was great. Fast forward to first oil change take the car in and it comes out with a small scratch.... within 20 minutes i call the service department and say hey you scratched my car ... Expecting a hard time they say ok sorry bring it back and we will fix it no problem. I bring it back they put a little paint over the unwashed car and say your all set. I wasn't having it I had to argue for them to do it right. Thinking I was all done with the drama I go in to get my steering wheel looked at because it was peeling. I had a appointment and it took over a hour to get the car in side to take a picture I was irritated. Then a month later I got a call hey are you going to pick up your steering wheel? Well no one called me to let me know it was there. I get a appointment and have it installed quickly as i was leaving the service writer says " you will get a survey and if you don't have something good to say don't say anything ". I wrote this on the survey and a few days later get a voice mail saying we will do anything to change your mind about us we will detail your car free oil changes you tell us what you want. I ignore the call because I just want someone to know how I felt about the lack of service. So now its time for another oil change and they now won't service my car until they take pictures of it because I am " trying to get something for free " they say I lied about the first scratch and that I am out to get them. So now I cant get the service I paid for in advance. They have zero respect for people. I would not recommend there service department to my worst enemy. More
