From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, Diane's friendly approach made the process stress free. She worked with me to make sure the car I bought was right for my needs and was affordable. I have bought cars from other salesmen who seemed to work against me, but Diane made me feel like we were working together. When I went back 2 days later for the registration, she helped me sinc my phone to my new Ford Fusion, went through the many tech pieces in the car, and made sure I did not have any questions before I left.
