Our new car We saw an ad for a 2016 Ford Explorer Xlt online at Rodman Ford. The wife sent an email to check availability. Everyone at the dealership made us feel like family. Jim got the vehicle, and we took a ride. He answered any and all questions we had. We purchased the car and couldn't be happier. We settled the finances with Jeff in the credit dept. On delivery day Jim spent at least an hour with us going over the car even programming our phones into the car.
