Crappy service dept We bought a F150 last year! Truck runs wonderful. Paid a good price salesman was nice and we were treated fair. My complaint is the service dept. wou We bought a F150 last year! Truck runs wonderful. Paid a good price salesman was nice and we were treated fair. My complaint is the service dept. would not honor the 2nd free oil change because we were over 1000 miles. We live 30 minutes away so we have had it changed at other locations. The have lost a customer for life. I will never buy another car from them. All over 50.00 shame on them. More
Poor Communication/Sales I thought I was going to have a great experience at Rodman Ford. However, it turned out in the end to be a disaster. My wife and I saw a truck last S I thought I was going to have a great experience at Rodman Ford. However, it turned out in the end to be a disaster. My wife and I saw a truck last Sunday and could not test drive the truck until Rodman Ford had completed its inspection. Our sales, Jim LaFerriere, assured us he would contact us as soon as the truck was ready to be driven. Over the next couple of days I reached out to Jim and the Internet sale group to make sure they knew we wanted to test drive the truck. Again, I was assured by Jim we would be the first person to test drive the truck. He also knew we were interested in the purchase of this truck. The truck was originally listed at 40K a few days later the truck showed up on Rodman's web page listed at 37K and on Monday the truck was listed at 54K indicating a 17K savings. Needless to say, this is a bunch of xx. Yesterday Jim called me to tell me the truck was sold. He had more excuses than my students have at school for not passing in their homework (39 years of teaching) I have purchased many vehicles over the past 39 years and clearly, this is the worst experience I have had with a dealership. Jim has terrible communications skills and poor follow up. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Larry Fitzpatrick More

Very Poor Customer Service My company bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Rodman Ford back in early December. It was delivered to me Christmas Eve. When it was delivered I did not have My company bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Rodman Ford back in early December. It was delivered to me Christmas Eve. When it was delivered I did not have a second electronic key. I was told that it would be sent to me. I dealt with Pat Ford for almost 3 months and have yet to get that key. He does not return phone calls and it seems my situation is not a priority in any way. I drove 100 miles to the dealership to look at getting my key and another issue taken care of and got nothing but excuses. I have sold cars in the past and I would never handle any of my customers like this. I will be writing Ford directly in regards to the very poor service from Rodman Ford. More
