Good price I requested to see a used 2018 Expedition online and made an appointment, but when I got there the salesman had to look for the car. I expect the car to be ready if I made an appointment. Jim the salesman was knowledgeable about the truck and was willing to help me out with some issues I had with the truck. They gave me a good value for my trade. The financial manager worked with me to get the lowest interest possible. But I wish she would have done that before I asked her. When I went to pickup the truck it was clean and ready to go. Jim and a trainee showed a lot of the truck features and help me setup a phone app that goes with Ford SYNC 3. The overall experience was good, but can be better. There are some small details that need to be fixed to make the buyers experience excellent. More

Jim Laferrierre - How he lost 2 sales in 5 days! Back on April 16th I spoke to Jim Laferriere regarding a lease for a 2019 F-150. I was already in a GMC lease with 2 months remaining and would incur Back on April 16th I spoke to Jim Laferriere regarding a lease for a 2019 F-150. I was already in a GMC lease with 2 months remaining and would incure a disposition fee if I took the deal that day and made Jim aware of that. Rodman was not offering to assist in those fees so we all agreed I'd follow up once my lease was returned. Jim also followed up with a text message the following day to review what the plan was. I had also advised him that my wife would also be looking at the Edge at the same time as her lease was up in the same time as mine. He replied "I am glade to help both of you when you are ready" - famous last words! Fast forward 2 months.... I would have expected Jim to start reaching out to me prior to the end of our leases, however that did not occur. I turned in my GMC lease, at Paul Masse and they were able to offered me a wonderful price on a new 2019 Sierra with all kinds of safety features with everything I was looking for initially due to the changes in incentives. I was upfront with Tom Frat at Paul Masse and advised him I was seriously considering a Ford and he understood, and told me to take my time and let him know (no pressure, now deal is only good today, none of that salesmen stuff we all hate). I took 5 days to weigh out our options since my wife's lease was ending in 2 week reviewing pros and cons of both Ford and GMC Trucks. On the second day I sent Jim a text message and identified myself. In that text message I asked Jim what I would be looking at now for the F-150 since it had been 2 months ($$ up or down). I was upfront with him as I was with GMC and told him Paul Masse had given me an option, but that I wanted to weigh all options, NO REPLY, NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT, DEAD AIR! Now you say did he get the message, and that answer is YES. 10 minutes after I sent it he read it as I have a read acknowledgment, and when I called the dealership 4 hours later he was there with a customer. I didn't leave a message as I would have expected something from the text message he read - that did not happen. I then waited 24 hours and called the dealership but again he was busy so I left a message (final attempt). If your reading this you know what happened... Bueller?? Today makes 5 days since I initially reached out to Jim and I'm going with with Paul Masse GMC. We are picking up 2 vehicles - getting a Sierra for myself and a Terrain for my wife! So, Rodman Family I tried to make a deal with a local dealer, but Jim fell short and based on other reviews there's a trend. Please make no excuses, tell me some story that means nothing to me because in the end I'm in the customer service industry and there is no excuse for what Jim did. More
