I had been to the dealership previously to test drive several models to make a final determination on a purchase. Jason was the first person we worked with. He was nice enough, and told us about the basic features of the car and went with us on the test drive. Went to Rodland to purchase a new car. Absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy anything. After walking around the lot for awhile, I found a RAV4 I wanted to look at and started towards the office to pressure from anyone to buy anything. Mr James is the hardest working salesman I have ever seen. After deciding on a 4 cyl, I wondered about the 6 cyl RAV4 and what the difference was. Mr James actually ran around the lot until he found a 6 cyl that I could test drive, even though I told him it wasn't necessary. I decided on the 4 cyl RAV4 and got a good price. The lady in the finance office, Darci Clark, was equally nice and very comfortable to deal with. A very good and comfortable experience in all. More
