I can't believe how easy Russell and Kim made buying a new Prius! They were so frindly and helpful w/o any pressure to buy, jusy a lot of help and gracious service we walked in the door at 7:59 pm and Rus new Prius! The service was exceptional and I am in the world of "sales" and customer service myself. My standards are ridiculously high and 9 times out of 10 I can find something to complain about - but not here! I will certainly recommend both Russell and Rodland Toyota! (and I have a big mouth!!)
