Rod Kollmeyer and Mark Brown made my car buying experience as quick and stress free as i need it to be. Rod gave me a call to follow up on my inquiry about the Scion TC. He sounded very pleasant on the phone and was ecstatic to meet with me at my 2 o'clock appointment. Upon arrival Rod had met my boyfriend and I in the front and it helped my nerves down. He showed us the car that we were interested in and took it for a test drive. He also explained some of the features of car. What I liked about Rod is that he was to the point and i needed that. He also shared his news about his new grand daughter's arrival. Rod was very friendly and had a great smile he didnt look intimidating and that was important to me. Mark Brown who helped us with the paper work was also to the point and made it super easy to understand GAP insurance and the extras that came with the paper work. What I was pleased with Mark is that he was able to help bring down my car payments which is a plus for me. That really made my car purchase really worth it. After answering all of our questions about the car, he told us about their service department and what to expect from them in the future. He made us feel welcome and comfortable.
