We had not planned on buying a vehicle, we just stopped by to look at the used Tacomas. The sales person Jeremy asked several questions and then steered us towards the Tundras instead. John Yi provided exceptional service. He explained in detail the features of the FJ Cruiser I eventually purchased. Jeff Larson explored my possible trade in of my older Toyota pick up and made a fair offer in value. I eventually decided to pay cash for the down instead after discussing it with John Yi and Jeff. The truck was far more useful to me than the trade in value, since it is in outstanding condition. More

Doug LaFave heard that I was looking for a new Scion via social media and contacted me, letting me know that his dealership had one in the color, model, and transmission I wanted on the lot, and suggested I social media and contacted me, letting me know that his dealership had one in the color, model, and transmission I wanted on the lot, and suggested I visit the dealership, because he felt personally I would be cared for better there than at a dealership I had been to earlier. I set up an appointment. Doug met me as I came into the dealership, showed me the car, went over my options for trading in my current car, and some of the less well known things to be gained from trading in and buying at Rodland. Jim O'Neal handled getting my trad in appraised, and we arrived at a comfortable, honest value that I believe pleased both of us. Tom Staniford handled the finance closing and paperwork (finance was pre-approved through my bank, USAA, at a good interest rate), and the car was ready to go home with me when Tom and I finished. During Doug and my final delivery inspection we found a couple of small scratches very low on the front bumper shroud, and Doug immediately had a work order printed up to take care of the problem at no cost to me. The dealership called the next day and scheduled the work at convenient time for me, and Doug is taking me to lunch for my troubles while the shop is working on the car. While I know this is a business, the "feel" was more like being a part of the family, and being cared for simply because it is the right thing to do. Thank you Doug, Jim, and Tom for making this a pleasant experience. More
I came in to Rodland looking for a used car, but wasn't sure what I would be able to afford. This was my first time buying a car and I was very nervous and anxious. He was very genuine and honest and showed me all of the options that were available to me. He made it so easy for me to make my decision and I never felt pressured in any way. I never thought I would be able to drive away with a new car, but Colin made me feel 100% confident in my decision and I am so happy to have a very safe and reliable vehicle. My brother and sister-in-law had previously purchased a car here and while they were very satisfied with the service, I was skeptical. At my brother's prompting, I gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. After a day of dealership visits and being nearly at our wits end, Rodland was a surprising and welcomed change. Brandon was very helpful, friendly and not overly pushy. I would gladly recommend Rodland to friends and family and will likely be back many years from now when my Prius needs to be put to rest. More
