Truly had the best experience car shopping here. Alex was great, respectful of what I wanted and didn't want and wasn't pushing any cars on me. Steve was was awesome. Absolutely loved the atmosphere! Walked in with a lot of anxiety due to other bad experiences at car dealerships. I had let the gentleman (Austin) know what kind of payment and plan I wanted and he got us help with Steve from there the two of them worked so well with me in order to get me the car I had in mind. This goes for all the staff who work there they were all incredibly nice! I HIGHLY recommend going through them. Left with such high confidence and no anxiety we even got a second car to fit our needs ❤️ More

Griffin was my salesperson - when i bought Mitsubishi mirage es everything seem fine but few days later ive notice green warning lite came in few times so i took to griffin and he told me see service ma mirage es everything seem fine but few days later ive notice green warning lite came in few times so i took to griffin and he told me see service manager brian who look at and said that car warning overheating system and it was under warranty to see mitsubishi service dept next door . so they look at and said it was normal along dont turn red. well short story few days later it turns red and overheat so i called rod hafield service dept first and got told see mitsubishi service dept so i did they look at car not worry its cover under warranty and take few days to fix it. well i was told that friday june 17 well past weekend on monday june 20 i get call again from mitsubishi service support was told that it not cover and i had pay for it to be repaired . so i called rob hatfield in meanawhile neither place would loan me car to work for few days awhile car was getting fix. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT BUY A CAR FORM THIS PLACE I HAD GET LAWYER LOOK INTO THIS LEGAL MATTER AND NO ONE WOULD HELP ME OUT I WAS BASICALLY STUCK WITH LEMON CAR THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU IF ANYTHING WRONG WITH CAR ITS UR PROBLEM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.!!!!!!!!!!! REMEBER I ONLY HAD CAR FOR 2 WKS AND SOMTHING WENT WRONG WITH IT ONLY 2 WKS. More
