My car was done quickly and correctly. There were a few times where I felt I was lied to and workers were rude but in the end we r happy with the vehicle we got. Previously gave this dealership a 5 star review for seemingly working the deal out in a positive way. But now will take that back and here is why. Me and the sales manager finally agreed upon a 1500 seemingly working the deal out in a positive way. But now will take that back and here is why. Me and the sales manager finally agreed upon a 1500 down payment verbally over the phone after days of communication on a truck I was looking into purchasing. After getting to the dealership and going though the finance part the lady tells me that I owe nothing down so thats great I guess! Week goes by get a text that apperntly the sales manager didn’t tell the bank that part of my paydays was a perdiem which he clearly knew. so I guess they was originally gonna cancel the deal or something so had send paperwork in on that. Next day get several calls and texts messages from the finance lady saying she “forgot to collect the down payment” which may been the case. She then says its $2000 and I explained that I agreed on $1500. But they wasn’t having it and still insisted that the deal was for $2000. So I did pay it but extremely not satisfied with this situation after all. A good experience turned into a very bad one. More
