The service manager at the door was good. There was one worker there at the door who acted like I was imposing when I said I also wanted my liftgate checked. I have a bit of mix here. My car got a flat tire and had a light out. We towed it and they had a new tire on it Monday morning 9 hours after I dropped it off. Awesome!
