The service manager at the door was good. There was one worker there at the door who acted like I was imposing when I said I also wanted my liftgate checked. Otherwise I like this service department and they discussed additional work with me thoroughly before doing it. More
Bought my car new there. Been back twice now for an oil change and tire rotation. Service department are a bunch of lazy useless people. I have a bit of mix here. My car got a flat tire and had a light out. We towed it and they had a new tire on it Monday morning 9 hours after I dropped it off. Awesome! I bought the car on Friday notice a headlight was out and then got a flat tire not 20 miles from the dealership. Service center is responsible for both. More
