Anthony was amazing!!! Went in to look at a truck, and found the truck we wanted. Anthony was patient and worked with us to get everything in order. I just bought a car from these folks online, and was treated friendly and thought they were an upright dealership After the car was delivered, I found out differently! The A/C only blows out on the passenger side, and the front struts are in terrible shape! I asked politely before the purchase, "Please see that all is ok, as I can''t get to your place of business"! I was assured all was fine, and after delivery, I drove the car only a few miles to discover the car has expensive repairs waiting for my money! I texted the dealer and was told "It was checked, and there was no issues issue with the A/C or struts"!! And added a sarcastic "Wishing you and your family well"!!! In other words, "We're done with you"! Apparently, the problems occurred while the car was being delivered, sitting on the trailer?! I paid the asking price and only asked for integrity, as I was trusting these unknown people. I asked too much, it appears! More

A mostly good experience RB was the third of 3 Ford dealerships I went to as I was replacing a 2015 Escape with a newer Escape. Overall it was a good experience with the price RB was the third of 3 Ford dealerships I went to as I was replacing a 2015 Escape with a newer Escape. Overall it was a good experience with the price being within a few hundred of what was expected based on trade in value and online research. What I'd suggest to them though is the delivery could be significantly improved. For instance, I went from a traditional gas model to a hybrid with a Titanium package with tons of bells and whistles. They basically handed me the keys and said, thanks, see ya and I was left on my own to discover everything about the new vehicle. It would have been really nice if someone took 15 minutes to walk me through all the new options on the vehicle but I guess they didn't have the time for that. More

A pulse 3rd break light there price was $299.00 can buy it on amazon and the exact same brand for $24.99 #2 Plastic bed liner, there price $699.00 Buy it through the ford parts department $325.00 #3 inner wheel well liners there price $299.00 through Ford parts department 49.00 for front and $49.00 for rear. That almost $1300.00 in add on that we did not want and they wouldn't take them off, at first they said they would and the did not. And #3 rip off , they altered there Web site and told me one of the rebates wasn't available and I have screen shots of the before rebates and the after shots when they took the rebate off. So we went to Currie Ford I frankfort they gave us the same for our trade and they sold our trade the first Saturday after we bought our new truck there. I will be contacting Ford directly about this dealer and I have all the documents and pictures to show them BEWARE OF THIS DEALER AND ALL OTHERS THAT ADD ON ADDENDUM STICKERS ON THE VEHICLES More
