A pulse 3rd break light there price was $299.00 can buy it on amazon and the exact same brand for $24.99 #2 Plastic bed liner, there price $699.00 Buy it through the ford parts department $325.00 #3 inner wheel well liners there price $299.00 through Ford parts department 49.00 for front and $49.00 for rear. That almost $1300.00 in add on that we did not want and they wouldn't take them off, at first they said they would and the did not. And #3 rip off , they altered there Web site and told me one of the rebates wasn't available and I have screen shots of the before rebates and the after shots when they took the rebate off. So we went to Currie Ford I frankfort they gave us the same for our trade and they sold our trade the first Saturday after we bought our new truck there. I will be contacting Ford directly about this dealer and I have all the documents and pictures to show them BEWARE OF THIS DEALER AND ALL OTHERS THAT ADD ON ADDENDUM STICKERS ON THE VEHICLES More

The service writer (Joe Picicci) said he would schedule me to find and repair problem. I was under warranty , and the whole job was taken care of perfectly. Every person we encountered was friendly, polite and eager to try to help us. We've purchased dozens of vehicles in my life and could not have scripted a better experience. I bought recently a Rav 4 HYBRID 2016 from this dealer with high price. It was a very bad experience. They sent me the title late without warranty and did not inform me there are sales tax I have to pay in addition to state tax and to title fees. I WAS OBLIGED TO PAY THE EXTRA FEES they are supposed to pay , and after getting the registration from DMV I found recently a windshield scratch that was hidden by a temporary repair. I sent them many emails and called them but no action was taken. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be obliged to involve a third party. More

People ask me why I take my car back to the dealer. The main reason is the quality of work and prices are fair with some below what maintenance shops in the area charge. The only complaint I had they left papers on my front and back seat and left the windshield smeared with hand prints. More

Ethical dealership We bought 2 used cars just a few weeks apart (one for me, one for my son), and the experiences at the 2 different dealerships could not have been more We bought 2 used cars just a few weeks apart (one for me, one for my son), and the experiences at the 2 different dealerships could not have been more different. We will come back to Rod Baker Ford again and highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Ryan in sales and Steve in finance. Both were very personable, answered questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. We never felt pushed, and we sincerely appreciate how careful Steve was when explaining every aspect of the financing, especially because at the other shifty dealership , that other finance person tried to cheat us in multiple ways so we had to triple check the math and have inflated charges removed. The interest rate we were given at Rod Baker Ford was 4 points lower than what the other dealership gave us, coming from the same lender and using the same credit score. Car buying can be a very stressful situation since it is such a huge purchase, and you really want to buy from people who are trustworthy. The staff at Rod Baker Ford are good people -- it's worth it to check them out even if it is a drive! More
