I purchased 2016 Ford Fusion from this dealership and I did everything I was supposed to do to take care of the vehicle. i did not know that there is a techincal service bulletin for fusions saying that en did everything I was supposed to do to take care of the vehicle. i did not know that there is a techincal service bulletin for fusions saying that engine blocks are likely to crack and 2 years later the engine block needs to be replaced and I'm stuck paying a car note for a car that doesn't even work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More

The general manager of this place is probably one of the least personable managers ive met throughout my 32 years of owning fords. The by-far over-populated showroom is nice for what it is. The slogan for the dealership; “home of the no hassle deal” has always been somewhat ironic to me for this place. it was quite the hassle to get my hands on something and get the deal settled. Service has always done a fairly good job with mine and my wife’s vehicles, and havent had personal issues with any personnel back in the shop. I will purchase again from Rod Baker once i know the current GM is no longer there, again might i add. Hes not someone i feel comfortable spending thousands of dollars with, whether hes first hand a part of my deal or not, i dont agree with what that guy does for the dealership. be weary of the GM.
