Had a terrible experience here with a salesman named Joe. We went in to test drive the Mustang Mach E. The test drive was very short - basically the equivalent of once around the block. Every time I took my foot of the accelerator, the car immediately slowed to a complete stop. Joe said "That's the way all electrics work." I know that's not true, because I've driven several of them. As it turns out, that is a feature called "One Pedal Driving"; I also learned that it could be turned off. Obviously, the salesman didn't know that and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. What a complete jerk. Avoid this place like the plague. More

I purchased 2016 Ford Fusion from this dealership and I did everything I was supposed to do to take care of the vehicle. i did not know that there is a techincal service bulletin for fusions saying that en did everything I was supposed to do to take care of the vehicle. i did not know that there is a techincal service bulletin for fusions saying that engine blocks are likely to crack and 2 years later the engine block needs to be replaced and I'm stuck paying a car note for a car that doesn't even work.
