I did not buy my Mustang here, but now I wish I had. This is about the best dealership I have ever used in my 42 plus years of owning and driving cars. I have been here several time now to have custom parts put on my Mustang, and each time I have been extremely pleased with the experience and end result. I have to drive 40 miles to come here, but I would drive twice that if I had to. When I commpare these guys with Golf Mill Ford, O'Hare Hyundai, and Ed Napleton's Jeep, the last 3 dealerships who tried to bend me over, the lesson is clear. You get loyalty and repeat business by quality work, attention to detail, realistic pricing, and concern for your customers needs; as opposed to treating you like a turnip and trying to squeeze every last drop of blood out of you. Wow, used to be a great place to go to get a fair deal. Purchased multiple vehicels from here but the jokers running this place now are ruining it. The manager before used to actually know things about the cars and treated you fairly. Now they are sterotypical run you through the ringer, tell you what they think you want to hear, don't know anything about the cars. To top it all off, stopped at another dealer, South Oak Ford, where I have never been and beat their deal by $2,000 on a new F150. So I went back to Baker and told them what I had gotten and this Tony guy says they will match it. Well, needless to say I went back to the place I had never bought from before that wasn't trying to kill me like the new guys at Baker and bought at South Oak. No more loyalty to old customers here now. Make sure you shop around! The service department has the high prices in the area too, but that has been that way for years andthey don't even clean your car or anything. More
