Fast great service! Don did a great job finding and selling our car. We had our older car in the shop and it needed quite a bit of repair. When I called Don in sales he w Don did a great job finding and selling our car. We had our older car in the shop and it needed quite a bit of repair. When I called Don in sales he was able to find a couple of possible cars for our needs, price them out, and get all the information to me within a half an hour all said and done. We ended up purchasing a car and he got all the paperwork done that he could prior to us coming in and we had our car in no time. That is a big convince when you are hauling a toddler and baby. Thanks so much for the great customer service and I highly recommend Don for all your car buying needs. More

Salesman and service department very professional Pros: • My salesman Ryan Morris was very professional. He was friendly, helpful and laid back. If this was all the rating included, then I would have given a 5 star rating • When after purchasing the vehicle it needed service work, everyone in the service department was very friendly and helpful. • Everything that needed to be fixed was taken care of professionally. Cons: • The vehicle I was looking for was listed on their web site, but when I arrived, the vehicle was being used by a family member/employee of the dealership. It took well over 20 minutes before the vehicle arrived for a demonstration. • The new vehicle had more than one baby seat strapped in making it difficult to use all the seat configurations. Also, the interior was somewhat cluttered. • It was the only 2016 vehicle of this model, so I didn’t understand why it would be used as a demo when many other exact models were available. • The person who was responsible for deciding a price on my trade in came back with a substantially lower market value then what I had researched. • The sales manager made the buying experience unpleasant. He downgraded my vehicle as unsellable for their used car inventory and would have a wholesaler buy it from them. A couple days later it was listed in their used car inventory as a “cream puff, charming, won’t disappoint, and one of the most sought after cars in the market”! A far cry from what he told me. The dealer selling price was listed exactly where I had said they would be able to offer it for. • When the new car was prepped for ownership, it was not clean. Had popcorn crumbs laying about and finger prints along the headliner, along with dirt on the floor in all three rows of seats. Inside it almost appeared as a used and not new. This was the result from the sales manager pushing the sale through as quickly as possible and not allowing enough time for their detail shop workers to do a complete and thorough job. More
