Friendly and courteous I had scheduled an appointment on Wednesday by phone for service and the open appointment was set for Friday March 16. When I arrived there wasn’t anything scheduled for me. I was given to Dean to handle the non existent appointment and he did an excellent job. This was my first visit to this dealer and I was starting to wonder if I had made a mistake getting a Toyota. I have owned Ford products for years and never had any issues with Ford. Dean readily took those fears away with his positive attitude and great disposition. My car was serviced and I was on my way. He went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied with Rocky Mount Toyota. While I was waiting a new sales person just came by to make sure I knew where the bathrooms were and showed me the nice waiting area with coffee and snacks and a large screen tv. I was also impressed with the availability of power for charging my phone and IPad and the cleanliness of the whole area. More

Good service but incomplete follow up Warning lights on our dashboard went on during a long trip to Florida. Some road debris was removed from the undercarriage & we were told that the lights would go on & off for a little while. We continued on our trip, but the lights stayed on for quite a while. We had purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty, so we were quite disappointed to receive a bill for $135. We put in a,call to the service rep, but never received a return call. We were pleased with their efforts, but very disappointed in the lack of a follow up phone call and the lights still go on intermittently. More

Very bad, not truthful management I bought 4 vehicles their in about a two week period, my daughter’s Camry she had Togo back four times to sign paperwork. My tundra had to be picked up on a dealer transfer, somewhere the tires got changed from original factory tires went back to dealer to complain and ask for a swap back to truck I traded they laughed told me that couldn’t happen and said it would cost me $1500.00 to replace tires I told them to jam it up their xxx and walked out, will never go back to that dealership again. Can't Pass Inspection My family and I have bought about 6 or seven cars from this Toyota dealship but will not be back due to the last one I bought for my girlfriend. First of all the horn didn't work, had to replace 2 of the front tires because they were dry rotting and leaking, headlights looked like they were cleaned with bubble gum but I figured hey had to replace all this cause it would not pass inspection but nope it did for them. Couple weeks later I also found out there was a power steering fluid leak that I needed to fix. Let's just say they have lost me and my families business from now on. More
