I had taken my car in for service in Feb. $2300 worth, after the servicing the car seemed okay I just noticed a tiny bit of a rough idle when stopped, but nothing to fuss about after all my car had 258000mi. I brought the car brand new in 2007. I had trouble a few weeks later getting on I95 that's when I found out one of the cylinders in the motor had gone. I cried right on the spot in the showroom. I just wasn't expecting that. The service and sales personnel were very consoling. I was in shock and to upset to purchase a new car that day, but came back the next day and purchased a 2018 Camry. The sales manager James Barnes was awesome. The only regret that I have is paying for that $2300 line of credit with the dealership for a car that I traded in with the purchase of my new vehicle. I had no intention of purchasing car, I thought the servicing would fix the problem. More
Honest I am from New Jersey. My battery died on me on my way to Florida. AAA took me to the nearest Toyota dealer. I came in ready to spend over a $1,000 in I am from New Jersey. My battery died on me on my way to Florida. AAA took me to the nearest Toyota dealer. I came in ready to spend over a $1,000 in repairs (battery replacement, oil and filter change, at least one tire replaced.... come to find out the battery and tire didn’t need to be replaced and the final bill was $140. This dealership was so honest, I wish it were in NJ so when it’s time to buy a new car, I’d buy it from them. More

I was recently involved in a car accident where I was rear ended so I wanted to find a safe and affordable car to meet my needs and I found just that. Milton, our salesman was great at explaining everything to us in full detail. Overall I would give them an A+ rating! More
Overall, good experience I went with intentions of purchasing a vehicle.. They didn't make me take a pre-picked route on my test drive, unlike another dealership I've dealt wi I went with intentions of purchasing a vehicle.. They didn't make me take a pre-picked route on my test drive, unlike another dealership I've dealt with in the past, and Alfred Wright was a laid-back, polite, and patient salesman... There are two things i would advise customers to be aware of: (1) The dealership advertises an item called Perma-Plate that is supposed to guard your interior and exterior from damage and stains.. This costs about an extra $1000.. I'm not convinced it was applied to the interior because after the vehicle was cleaned, the inside looked the same way it did before the test drive - specifically a folding seat that still had debris in it that was there prior to the test drive. (2) They include a $300 charge for filling your tires with nitrogen when you purchase a vehicle.. When i left the dealership and scrolled the in-dash menu settings, i came across the tire-pressure display and saw that each tire had a different air pressure. More
