I lost my job over not being able to go to work because this car never starts!! I bought this car 40 weeks pregnant so I could have a reliable car for her. I have a 5 month old baby now and it’s so inconvenient!! Currently in the hole over 1,000 dollars because they sold me this piece of crap. Keep in mind this is a 2007 honda CRV.. a nice car. 11,000 dollars. I’m pissed and regret buying this car. More

Walking onto the lot we were greeted by Regina Sandoval , she was on lunch but she stopped to give us an amazing warm welcome. We immediately felt right at home like we had known Regina forever, and we did not feel like we were at a car dealership at all. Regina asked us some questions and took us to see a few cars before showing us the one we fell in love with. She knew exactly what we were looking for, and she took the most amazing care of us. My first experience ever buying a car was not the best so I was nervous about today, but Regina was so amazing at everything never once did she make us feel pressured or forced into anything. She worked with us so hard in every way she possibly could to get us the best deals, and the best options there was. She worked hard over the weekend into Monday morning to make sure she could make this work for us. I just want to recognize how absolutely amazing this women is not only as a sales person but as person in general, I have never felt so comfortable before anywhere shopping for anything ever. I will lost certainly go back to her, and I will send all my friends and family to see Regina because she is absolutely amazing hands down most amazing women I’ve ever encountered in my life, and she made me a proud car owner! I had a new salesman by the name of Vincent who is great and patient and a lady named Regina who is also great and patient. Not only did they have to do with me, but two old ladies that I took with me. I’m sure they were happy to see us leave. As well as he is happy leaving a new car. More

The website was very helpful because I specifically wanted an older Ford Escape with the V6 and leather and I was able to come to Rocky's with exactly the vehicle I wanted to test drive. I hate the negotiating games so I offered a fair price based on info from Edmunds and KBB and there was no back and forth games. It was a great experience. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness of the interior of this 2006 vehicle. I would go to Rocky's again if I wanted another used vehicle. More
