Buyer beware. Bought a new Jeep. They collected over $1400 in sales taxes ,tag, title and administrative fees. For this fee, they assured me I was paying all the sales taxes and they would handle filing $1400 in sales taxes ,tag, title and administrative fees. For this fee, they assured me I was paying all the sales taxes and they would handle filing for the title. I verified this several times to be sure I wasn't going to get stuck with other bill. One week later, they send me all the title work in the mail and told me I needed to go immediately and file for the new title. I called my salesman who never returned my call. Dealer collected $1400 for admin, tax, tag and title, only sent me a check for $657.00 to get it titled, state charged me $803. Dealer refused to refund me the $146.00 difference I had already paid them. If you believe you paid for the car with these guys when you write the check and leave- I found out you haven't. Please don't reward this dealership for such bad behavior and risk having to pay hundreds more for the car after you leave. More

It took 2 trips one walk out the door and 30 emails to come to a agreement that was within 500 of a price i had from true internet dealer in Kentucky. Delivery was rushed showed us about 5 to 10 mins of features and walked off. The finance guy was a total jerk once you turned down his warranty package and spent the time bashing our other car and made several mistakes on paperwork. The service dept has been fairly good taking care of the 2 small issues we have found but there is one advisor that needs to go back and not work with people maybe sort parts or something we now know him so we just ask for the other 2 guys. Would we buy again there Maybe now that we know their issues i could work the system there. More

I was there on 9-2-2020 and worked out a deal on a new Jeep Gladiator with Colton. I drove home to think about it. I decided to go forward with the deal and called him back and he took my credit informat Jeep Gladiator with Colton. I drove home to think about it. I decided to go forward with the deal and called him back and he took my credit information and said okay. Meanwhile he emailed theVIN number so I could get insurance on it. He called me back about 15 minutes later and said a lady was at the lot looking at the vehicle and that I was behind her in priority because she may pay more, even though we had agreed on the deal and I already insured the thing. He said he would call back. About 1 hour later he called back and said the lady was on the fence about buying the Jeep, but meanwhile, Ken, the manager said they would not honor the deal because he could sell the Jeep for mor money. Take this as a lesson that these people are not really honorable people, as I am from East Tennessee and you used to be able to take a man at his word. This Ken E. that is the manager is not an honest or honorable person to just back out of a deal on the spot after agreeing. I was going to pay the price they offered it to me for. Just go to Knoxville or Jefferson City to get a Jeep, even if you pay a higher price you will still be dealing with honest people. Makes you wonder what else they will lie about. I gave them my personal information and they will probably sell it. JUST AVOID THESE LIARS AND YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF! More
