Hands down, this has been the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was no pressure, no anxiety! I was very particular about what I wanted & it had to meet my budget requirements. They gave me an amazing deal and got me out of a not so good deal on my previous car! They brought the vehicle I wanted all the way from Salt Lake. I’m no mechanic & wanted to make sure the car was perfect bumper to bumper. Chad in service was very helpful with answering any questions I had regarding the car itself. With the 20 year/200,000 mile powertrain warranty they offer, I never have to worry! They were all very easy to work with guiding me through every step of the process. It felt like I worked with friends and not your typical car salesman! 12/10 will go back for my next vehicle and you should too! More

On 4/21/2015 called to ask price for an alignmen This is for the dealership in Pinedale, Wyoming. Castle Rock Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Department. On 4/21/2015 called to ask price for an alignment on my 2012 Ford Expedition (purchased November of 2012) and availability. "No problem bring it in tomorrow morning at eight am. The cost $85.95" not sure who I spoke with. I show shortly after eight a.m and I was told that I did not have an appointment, but they could fit me in. I called at eleven o'clock to see how it was coming and was told they had not taken it in yet. I asked if they could start it because I needed my truck back. They said ok. When I called back again at one o'clock they said maybe another thirty minutes, they would call me when it was ready. I asked again what was the cost "Nick said $131.04" When he called me back to get the truck it was around two thirty. When I got to the dealership to pay my bill I asked about the discrepancy in the price and Nick told "me someone looked off of and old price sheet" I suggested that they all get on the right page before quoting a bid price. He then told me that all four of my tires were "rotting" and I needed new ones. Surprised I asked "what would cause that? his reply was not using the truck, letting it sit" What 'I use the truck every day' I paid the bill and left.
