Every time the truck starts it says 'See dealer'. No check engine light. No Engine or transmission codes. Truck chimes every half hour saying 'see dealer'. So I booked an apt for the truck, week and a half wait time, with very clear instructions to diagnose and tell me what they find. Not to do anything! I get a call saying it's ready. When I return to pick it up and see what's wrong, they said they went ahead and fixed it and here is the bill. I was assured that I would not be charged for diagnostics (no money) and that they would call me before they did anything. BAD SERVICE, LYING EMPLOYEES, AND CHEATING PEOPLE OUT OF. MONEY. More

My Jeep purchase was absolutely flawless! I purchased a 2017 Jeep Summit and I will say the entire experience was perfect. I mainly dealt with Wes and Mike and they were the nicest men! I also will have to brag on them because they were so sweet to my little Jack Russell, Shug: I had several unannounced visits and Shug was with me every single time. Every single person at the dealership made both of us feel like family. I negotiated a super deal and they could not have been nicer. I am a sweet person but can be a tough customer and negotiator! Salesman David Craig greeted my daughter, her baby and me with a big smile, a great joke and even offers of fresh waffles with ice cream. First sign we weren't in NY anymore! New to the area, we were clueless as to the best vehicle for the geography and conditions. David expertly guided us through the models and features ( advance collision is very useful in moose territory ) and, without any hint of pushing whatsoever, helped us make a great decision. Tag team David and Rod Laird made the financing discussion fast, fun and comprehensible. Rod even soothed my NY insurance agent who was baffled both by WY procedures and also by their kindness! Over-the-top service didn't stop there. They delivered the car to my garage in my absence, took care of the title and plate issues which differ from my past NY experience. On my return, the roof rack and snow tires were quickly installed and, though I had been given a loaner, once again my car was delivered to me by David personally as much snow had made my driveway difficult. To top it off, he volunteered to guide my nervous daughter in the best use of the snow features of the vehicle and how easy it was to get up and down her driveway with the new jeep! Obviously we had an amazing buying experience and highly recommend David Craig and Mountain Yeti for any car needs in your future. With this level of customer service, I can't believe I'm actually looking forward to car servicing - those waffles....! More
Painless I've known Mike for years but haven't had the opportunity to get a car from him until now. I went to see him thinking I wanted a used SUV. His salesman, Wes, listened to my thoughts and then suggested a lease on a new Jeep Compass. I hadn't even considered a Jeep but it turns out to have everything I want and more in a small SUV. Wes and Mike made the whole experience pretty painless. They are honest, straight forward people and willing to work with you to make a good deal happen. I'm grateful to them and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. More
One of the best car buying experience we’ve had My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Nissan Xterra from Rocky Mountain Yeti in Jackson. With this being our first winter in the Tetons, we had been lo My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Nissan Xterra from Rocky Mountain Yeti in Jackson. With this being our first winter in the Tetons, we had been looking for a car to get us around without breaking our budget. I have to state up front that based on our prior car buying experiences, both this time and in the past, car buying is something I usually approach with all the anticipation usually reserved for root canals. Since Yeti was not the first, second, or even third dealership we had visited in our car recent search I went in with low expectation. When we arrived at Yeti for a pre-arranged test drive we were greeted by Wes Murdock. Wes was very helpful and most importantly, no pressure. After trying out a couple of cars we had seen online, my wife saw the Xterra. It was fairly low mileage and clean. Pretty much what we were looking for. Wes and I discussed price and Wes agreed to replace the Xterra’s cracked windshield to my specification. The whole negotiation was pretty low key and hassle free. I was exceedingly pleased. Next comes the finance manager, Mike Mack. Another low key, down to earth guy. I usually see the finance manager’s office as being the car dealer equivalent of the Octagon. Not this time. Mile is the first finance manager I’ve dealt with that didn’t have gold cuff links. When you see him ask him about his connection to Lynyrd Skynyrd. Mike walked us through the financing and associated sales paperwork, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Again, no stress, no hassle. My wife brought the Xterra back a few days later to get the windshield replaced. When we had purchased the Xterra I had specified an OEM windshield. It turned out that this was several times more expensive than what the sales team had anticipated, but Yeti was good to their word and installed a brand new OEM windshield for us. Jesse Fretag in the service area took good care of my wife while she was there and Wes provided her with a loner car so she could go shopping while she waited (Thanks Wes). All in all one of the best car buying experience we’ve had in our many years of buying both new and used cars. Thanks again Wes, Mike and Jesse. Jim P More
