Although I was an out-of-st Recently, I had an exceptional experience purchasing an Audi from Mr. Leon Veremeychik at Rocky Mountain Eurosport (RME). Although I was an out-of-state purchaser that had researched the market thoroughly, I still had some anxiety buying an expensive used car I haven’t driven, plus from a salesman (and dealership) I’ve never met in person. Luckily for me, Leon was understanding listening to my concerns and patiently answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I was impressed with his sincerity and responses and bought the car with confidence. Sadly, during the closing process, Leon had a death in the family and had to attend to family matters. Nonetheless, Leon made sure that everything was in order and handled before leaving; Ed Rivas then took over. Ed was also responsive and helpful when Leon was out. I rarely write these reviews but am gladly doing so to recognize Leon’s excellent customer service at RME. No one should be treated this way! I don't even know where to begin, aside from saying don't buy ANYTHING from here. Can you give negative stars? Ed is the worst. I was sucked in because he had the car I had been searching for, but what a slime ball. We purchased an Audi Q7 in May, traveling from Montana and driving it back as a "fun" weekend. Boy were we wrong. We were told the car was issue free and had even been "serviced" in preparation for the trip back. Fast forward 30 minutes into our journey home, the engine light came on. Little farther, the coolant message flashed, and then lucky us, the tire light also came on (from which we discovered NONE of the tires were inflated to spec -- I was such a fool to trust a single word Ed said). After nervously nursing our car home, we had the engine code checked out by our local Audi dealership. They determined it had warped cylinder heads that needed replacing, in addition to multiple sensors. (Yes, this was luckily covered by the TDI extended warranty). We got a clean bill of health in regards to those codes, but now we're having coolant/overheating issues. We've replaced the thermostat and are back to the drawing board (as that hasn't seemed to resolve the issue). Now almost two months after the purchase, I've driven the car, maybe a week. The WORST part of all of this, was that when the first engine light came on, I called Ed. I told him about it and he reassured me we could make it to Montana... it was probably the fuel cap, and he'd make it right, for anything we needed worked on. I talked to him after the drive and he said to let him know what the dealership determined. He'd "make it right". I followed up with him a few weeks ago, to let him know about the cylinder heads and that we were disappointed his team didn't do a better pre-check, and he took ZERO ownership. Said "that's why we offer extended warranties" By the way, this dealership apparently doesn't own any sort of diagnostic machine. Must be nice for them! It only means they don't take any ownership for what they "don't know" I cannot think of a single person I trust less or want to purchase a "Warranty" from. What a joke! There's always risk involved in purchasing a used car, but nobody deserves to be treated the way he has treated my family. More
