In the mist of the pandemic in late November 20 20 I decided to purchase a little commuter car from Rocky Mountain Eurosport. I filled out the application, got approved with 3k down, picked the car up a decided to purchase a little commuter car from Rocky Mountain Eurosport. I filled out the application, got approved with 3k down, picked the car up and paid full price. The tires were completely smoked to the wear bars and four different brands. I didn’t argue , I paid full price. I got home looked in the hatch and the bottom of the hatch was completely rusted out as if it wasn’t sitting in water , again I didn’t complain paid full price. Almost a year later to the date the car broke down completely after having multiple intermittent issues in the preceding months. I tried to make a service appointment with Rocky Mountain Eurosport REPEATEDLY because I paid over $4000 for the aftermarket warranty they recommend. I found it virtually impossible to get someone on the phone or a call back from these people . Since I didn’t get any callbacks or assistance of any kind I got tired of waiting for them and started looking for other service options. As I stated the car eventually completely broke down so I had it towed to a shop mini in Highlands Ranch. After a couple days The service manager Jared called me and said “this car has more sludge in the engine than I’ve ever seen in my life”. He said it was almost 2 inches of sludge in a valve cover and all the valves are completely covered up to the point that the engine had to be replaced”. I asked him “how long would someone have to drive a car without changing the oil to build up that much sludge” . He told me it would take years without changing the oil and it still wouldn’t be that much sludge. I called the warranty company (INTEGRITY WARRANTY) that Rocky Mountain Eurosport charge me $4000 for. They asked what happen with the car I told them the same thing I just typed in this review. I sent them the pictures that I posted in his review and they called me right back and said “unfortunately the warranty is void because the warranty doesn’t cover vehicles that have sludge” . I have change the oil twice in the year that I got the car, the first being 3 months after I bought it. I did notice on the first oil change that I’d never seen oil that black or dirty. I remember thinking “wow it’s a good thing I’m changing it nowI”. looked at the car fax it stayed at Rocky Mountain Eurosport head change the oil one month before I bought it (impossible). I still have that original oil and I’m getting it tested asap to prove there’s no way possible that oil was changed before I bought it. Had Rocky Mountain Eurosport been an ethical company and actually changed the oil instead of putting the fake sticker on the windshield they would’ve noticed that car had sludge and could’ve arbitrated it whatever auction they got it from. The warranty company and the dealership me with no car since , making payments from last November till today. After I HAD TO REACH OUT TO THEM AGAIN, I was told today pretty much call a lawyer , they’re not gonna help. I have talk to multiple mechanics (well over a dozen) they all said the exact same thing it’s completely impossible to put that much sludge in the engine even if you never change the oil in less than a year especially since the car it doesn’t even have 5000 miles on it from the day I bought it . RMASports thinks I’m just some weird black dude that’s just gonna go away but clearly they haven’t done the research on me. I’m going all the way to the top and it’s not about money or a new engine. all I asked them to do was make the car run. Rocky Mountain Eurosport never even took the car into their shop to see if Schomp was wrong or if there’s anything they could do to help me . After two months of the manager from Rocky Mount duel sports telling “me you should have good news soon we’re working on it glad you’re patient” they told me they’re not gonna help me. I’ve been making car payments on a car that does not run. This place is beyond horrible , unethical, completely unfair and they’re going to see a whole lot of Louis Washington until I get fair treatment. More

Visiting dealerships in person can be a hassle to most people, let alone Metro area, the team at Rocky Mountain Eurosport are absolutely phenomenal. Just bought a 2019 Audi S5 Sportback in Nardo Gray. We have been looking for this specific car for a while. Now, when it comes to the numbers, they were upfront with pricing, costs, etc and gave me a great price on my trade as well. Sana in finance was great to work with too. When we bought the car, it was right at their closing time and just before the Holidays, she promised to keep me updated on the approval, which she did! I used to be in the car business for over 10 years, did everything from sales, management, internet and finance. Purchasing a vehicle can be overwhelming, but doesn’t have to be, especially when buying from them.
