Worst customer service experience in my entire life. I bought a car at this location not even a few months ago. Have been given the run around by this service center. The most recent occasion that I took my car there THEY LOST MY CAR. Had to call multiple times for them to tell me another dealership was “expecting it tomorrow”. I was told it would be brought to the dealership yesterday. This service location has 0 communication within the department. Nobody ever knows what is going on and I don’t get accurate info from them. More

Salesman said his cars are not going to have to be in the shop or getting repaired all the time but the vehicle I got has spent most of its time getting fixed . Sat waiting for over two hours for a windshield replacement. They never showed up. I was then told I would have to take the vehicle to the glass shop for replacement.
