Went in to address a shake in the front end. Told the service writer it is at high speeds 70-80. The tech did not get the vehicle fast enough to replicate the problem. The service writer calls me to the counter to check me out because apparently they are done. She tells me that they noticed a leak on the transmission coolant line and the oil filter housing is leaking motor oil as well. I asked her if we can get that fixed. She got visibility frustrated and told me that it would take her 45 mins on the phone to make that happen then proceed to check me out and send me on my way instead of fixing the problems. So I left with more problems than I came with because now I know I have a leak of transmission fluid and motor oil that you guys do not care to fix. Furthermore, when I left the dealership, I was able to replicate the shake I originally came in for, still am to this day. So I called the service department that day right after the appointment and the lady told me "well you can take a ride with the mechanic." So I'm supposed to do the mechanic's job...? This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had. You guys have showed me that you absolutely do not care about your customers and your service department is very incompetent. I will never come back and I will be sure to leave a Google review about this experience and my horrible sales experience. Thanks for another headache... More
Very unprofessional and just an unpleasant experience. Sylvester came out and lied to our faces multiple times. He told us prices he would honor to only leave and change what he had quoted. When we mentio Sylvester came out and lied to our faces multiple times. He told us prices he would honor to only leave and change what he had quoted. When we mentioned to our salesman that Sylvester (the sales manager) shouldn’t agree to prices he couldn’t honor, our salesman agreed. Sylvester Hagan is a very shady person and will go to any length to make a sale, no matter how low. I wouldn’t refer my enemy to this car lot. More
It took forever to get a windshield for my vehicle. They waited until the day of my appointment to tell me they had to order the windshield. You sold me the car you knew what I needed. Also the girl who sets everything up offers no apologies and is like talking to a wet mop. The actual windshield installers were great and that's why I gave 2 stars. I paid almost 3k for this crappy service. More
Their service department is horrible. They tried to fix my car and would not stand behind their work when it broke again 6 days later. They tried to fix my car and would not stand behind their work when it broke again 6 days later. More
Took awhile to get amp fixed but they did finally get it arranged near where I live. Sadly now found out a speaker was blown, didn’t know when we purchased the car because the amp was bad. arranged near where I live. I have had a difficult time believing since my purchase a year ago that this dealership and service center is not advocating for my best interest. My recent visits have left me feeling disrespected and lied year ago that this dealership and service center is not advocating for my best interest. My recent visits have left me feeling disrespected and lied to about my vehicle. I am very careful when buying pre-owned vehicles. I was confident that I bought my Jeep GC with newer tires (I know how to check the age of my tires) and no mechanical issues. I needed tires less than a year after I bought it. My tires were from 2015!! The same year as my Jeep. My brake rotors also looked rusty. They didn't look like that when. I looked the it the first time. My Jeep started shaking as I drove, and I discovered that I was MISSING power steering fluid. When I went to the dealership, I was told to just put more fluid in it to see if it would stay in the reservoir, which it did not. I had to come back and they found my rack and pinion was damaged. I took it back for repairs and it was handled. They keep telling me I need a brake job, which I knew and was in the process of a DYI. I couldn't get the lug nuts off and thought they were put back on too tight when they fixed the rack and pinion. The girl at the tech counter said her tech had no issues getting them off. I told her I don't have the $1000+ pneumatic tools her tech has, so I'm sure he didn't have issues. Now, I'm smelling oil and still can't get my brakes done. I had to go to another shop that would accept the brake parts I bought. He took care of it, then told me I had an oil leak. Why am I leaking oil now? Is that why I'm smelling it? They never said I had a leak. I didn't smell the oil until after the rack and pinion was done. Did the tech break something? I felt my Jeep was overpriced as it was, but to have all these mechanical issues within the same year made me very suspicious. I get brakes and fluids experience wear and tear, but I know I shouldn't have had problems within the first 6 months. I don't feel like RMAB was honest about this sale or the status of this vehicle. There's other things that my "required" ExoBundle did not take care of and the issues I've had to deal with were much sooner than expected. I do not expect to purchase from them again in the future.
