Most of my issues with financing, said they could get me a select rate and then was unable to do so. From my initial phone call to the day of service for my vehicle, he handled it. Anytime I called to ask questions regarding my service he answered the phone when I came in to bring my car he was at the desk any questions I had he got them for me. He cares so much about the customers and their experiences. He's so polite and knowledgeable about cars which was helpful because I'm not. All I can say is if you give Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers a chance for service always ask for Mike he will make sure that your experience is top-notch!! Thank you Michael! More

Oil change didn't put new sticker on windshield. Passenger safety system fault, needs to new seat sensor. Paid for an extended warranty when I bought the car from Rocky Mtn and was told by the sal Passenger safety system fault, needs to new seat sensor. Paid for an extended warranty when I bought the car from Rocky Mtn and was told by the sales / finance manager it was essentially bumper to bumper coverage for 3 years. This safety issue supposedly isn't covered and cost $1,100 to repair. More
