How so i start this. .. The sales personal are very friendly, i felt comfortable buying car from here. Lex was my sales person, great person. Got me the deal i wanted w .. Now to the finance part. if i could give negative stars i would. I was told 100/100 times that my payment was going to be a certain amount. Next thing you know it sky rockets when i call bank for my payment. One paper said the price car was being sold, the MSRP price (which is a complete lie) my monthly payment and finance charge. Apparently my monthly payment and finance charge was "before taxes and fees". i have bought 4 cars in the past 5 years from non brand name dealers and NEVER have i had a dealer give me my monthly payment, interest rate and finance charge before taxes and fees, absolutely crazy. Someone explain to me what sense does this make; Hey, here is your monthly payment, interest rate etc but its all before taxes and fees. I wasnt told at any point that monthly payment was before taxes, fees etc because again, WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE!!! No sense at all right? But hey i signed the papers without reading and only going by word of mouth as i was signing instead of reading. Other paper said the payment, interest rate etc everything that apparently i was told about, but i would have NOT agreed to it if i would have see two different monthly payments especially it being higher. If you do buy from here, do read everything and don't be like me. I trusted Lex and figured i could trust everyone else but that wasn't the case. Car i bought only had 9k miles and pretty much new from its original brand name dealer, so i cant complain about that part like ive read on many reviews. But i can say is that the other cars i drove, Nooooooo way they had any type of inspection besides trying to hide what was messed up. If it wasnt for the new year and low miles the car i bought has, would not have bought any car at all More
