Attempted to calmly bring our issue to the attention of Rocky Rodriguez, who refused to return my call despite my leaving multiple messages for him. To make matters worse, the last time I called the dealership he accidently answered the phone and identified himself, and after he realized who I was, he hastily put me on hold and said he would transfer me to a manager before I had a chance to say anything. I spoke to Bailey who advised he would call me back that evening with a resolution and that was four days ago.
