Worst customer service experience in my entire life. I bought a car at this location not even a few months ago. Have been given the run around by this service center. I have brought my car here on 3/4 separate occasions and they still have not fixed the issue. So I have been without a car that starts. The most recent occasion that I took my car there THEY LOST MY CAR. Had to call multiple times for them to tell me another dealership was “expecting it tomorrow”. I was told it would be brought to the dealership yesterday. This service location has 0 communication within the department. Nobody ever knows what is going on and I don’t get accurate info from them. More

My vehicle has been there nearly 2 week after just having bought it in February. It was supposed to be taken to the Hyundai dealership yesterday. Salesman said his cars are not going to have to be in the shop or getting repaired all the time but the vehicle I got has spent most of its time getting fixed . It's been to the service department there at leat 3 times plus it broke down on me on highway 25 . I also feel like my down-payment didn't go as far as it should have. It feels like the dealership just wanted to sell me some financing and didn't care about my life situation. I also feel like I should have gotten more out my trade. I got my car serviced and detailed here. It looks great! My car is so clean and the oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. Flat-out lied to me about what I was signing. Stole about $6000 selling me things I don't want, assuring me it was included in the price. They should be your absolute last option and will lie to your face about every aspect of the deal, beginning to end. I left the dealership thinking I had a 48 month loan, only to find out I now have a 72 month loan at the same payment, as they added thousands upon thousands of dollars of crap that I never would've bought if it wasn't for them lying to my face about what I was signing. Sat waiting for over two hours for a windshield replacement. They never showed up. I was then told I would have to take the vehicle to the glass shop for replacement.
