We came in with an appointment to look at a Sienna. Two hours later, once we were ready to buy, they told us there had been a clerical error and the car should have been listed for $5k more, they would Two hours later, once we were ready to buy, they told us there had been a clerical error and the car should have been listed for $5k more, they would give it to us for $4k more, but would “understand” if we didn’t want to buy it. We felt lied to & felt they should have been a bit more generous given the situation. The car had been listed for days, we’d been told it had been test driven every day, but no one noticed the incorrect price until we were ready to buy. The salesperson was very nice, but the manager needs to be on top of pricing, or make it right for the buyer. More

I DON'T NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS! ! I do have to tell you the gentlemen (jesus) that took care of my mom a woman very difficult to handle and my self. He was absolutely wonderful NOT !
