Stay away from this dealer if you don't want to pay an extra $999 for their "required" (according to them) ExoBundle insurance package that their website clearly implies is an option; their website says " extra $999 for their "required" (according to them) ExoBundle insurance package that their website clearly implies is an option; their website says "You may want to opt for the ExoBundle..." I told the salesperson I didn't need nor want the ExoBundle and to please remove it from the cost of the car. They not only refused to remove it, they told me they wouldn't sell me the car. All I asked was for them to sell me the car at their advertised price. I even agreed to pay their outrageously high Dealer Handling fee of $899 (most dealer handling fees are typically between $599-$699, some are sometimes even lower). What a dishonest dealer; won't even abide by their own words. More

Purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler on 19 Sept. 2022, found some issues and Sylvester worked diligently to help fix the issue. Not the dealership to go to. They sold me a 15’ Subaru WRX with only 71k miles. Drove 60 miles and it blew. (Didn’t even make it home.) Took them a week to tell me what happened. They sold me a 15’ Subaru WRX with only 71k miles. Drove 60 miles and it blew. (Didn’t even make it home.) Took them a week to tell me what happened. Tried saying I owe 8k for a new engine, when they clearly sold me a lemon. I then called my finance company and the denied financing for it. That’s when they finally said I could get a different vehicle. Went back and looked around, was told multiple times that the car I was looking at was worth too little, saying I had to stay around the same price as the Subaru. I kept telling them that the vehicles they were showing me weren’t what I wanted; that I was uncomfortable with them. They just kept getting more irritated at me instead of working something out. Ended up with a vehicle I didn’t want and was overcharged for it. The vehicle was sold at 130% of what it was worth. (Looked like they were trying to make money back from what they lost from the Subaru.) I also don’t think they put my 4K down from the Subaru onto my new vehicle. All in all, very shady practices, very unprofessional, and they will get mad and threaten not to help you if you write a bad review. Avoid Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers at any cost! More
