In my personal opinion I do not believe that a car dealership should use cheap parts to replace or warranty and not rewarrant them if they fail I believe using OEM parts eliminates both comfort and dealership should use cheap parts to replace or warranty and not rewarrant them if they fail I believe using OEM parts eliminates both comfort and safety issues and should never be considered when customer service and getting the right part is important cost is not the issue if you can't get the proper OEM part perhaps you shouldn't be in business warranty brake parts honesty is the best policy if you're going to tell somebody your test driving their car and they're going two blocks in back when they've gone on an extended road test and lied is unexcusable I encourage anybody to put a car tag Apple tag Android tag in their vehicle when taking their car to any motor vehicle dealership protect your investment and fight for your rights when it comes to warranty parts and OEM replacement promises. More

Never will I use this dealer for anything! If I could give a negative start I would. Bought a car in March 2024 and now have had to replace the engine and turbos on the truck. Cannot get a return call and they basically ignore me now. I have asked for the refund of the service contract of $1500 that I was required to purchase in March. I had purchased from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers for my previous vehicle, so I liked their no nonsense approach to sales. The after market add ons start with the sales offer. I didn’t want to get an EX previous vehicle, so I liked their no nonsense approach to sales. The after market add ons start with the sales offer. I didn’t want to get an EXO package in my purchase price, I agreed to a price without the EXO package. Off to sign papers! The finance department did get me a better rate than my local credit union, so that was great! However, I felt like I was the “little old lady in the corner with no voice!” Finance desk: I was talked into an EXO package, by now I’ve said no at least 3 times, it’s now included in my purchase price. I said no to an extended warranty at least 4 times, with my husband on the phone, he went and got the sales manager to convince me to purchase the extended warranty. It’s now included in the loan on my vehicle. Now, I’m not saying these “add-on’s” aren’t/won’t be valuable, I’m hoping for what they cover and the length of time they cover the bells and whistles of my truck they pay for themselves, but, when I said no, it wasn’t accepted, multiple times, on multiple packages. Pretty sure I said no to EXO 3 times and the extended warranty 4, eventually they offered both at reduced costs “their cost” and I relented. I’m exhausted, it’s late, the finance person has allergies and is sniffling all over my paperwork, and I just wanted to take my pickup and go home. So, I’m happy with my interest rate and my pickup!
