I have been having service repairs done with Rocky Mountain since I purchased my Hyundai Tucson from then in January of 2022. It needed a few things tuned up and fixed, but they were always there to h Mountain since I purchased my Hyundai Tucson from then in January of 2022. It needed a few things tuned up and fixed, but they were always there to help. They would get me scheduled right away, and always offered a driver to take me home and pick me up when the vehicle was done. With purchasing the extended warranty at the time of purchase of the vehicle, they were able to do most repairs under that. There was a $200 deductible, but if the problem was solved, they would continue to service it until all problems were resolved under the same warranty ticket number, so I only had to pay the deductible once! I have nothing but great things to say about Steve, the service department manager! He always made sure to take care of me and was fair. More
