I had purchased from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers for my previous vehicle, so I liked their no nonsense approach to sales. The after market add ons start with the sales offer. I didn’t want to get an EX previous vehicle, so I liked their no nonsense approach to sales. The after market add ons start with the sales offer. I didn’t want to get an EXO package in my purchase price, I agreed to a price without the EXO package. Off to sign papers! The finance department did get me a better rate than my local credit union, so that was great! However, I felt like I was the “little old lady in the corner with no voice!” Finance desk: I was talked into an EXO package, by now I’ve said no at least 3 times, it’s now included in my purchase price. I said no to an extended warranty at least 4 times, with my husband on the phone, he went and got the sales manager to convince me to purchase the extended warranty. It’s now included in the loan on my vehicle. Now, I’m not saying these “add-on’s” aren’t/won’t be valuable, I’m hoping for what they cover and the length of time they cover the bells and whistles of my truck they pay for themselves, but, when I said no, it wasn’t accepted, multiple times, on multiple packages. Pretty sure I said no to EXO 3 times and the extended warranty 4, eventually they offered both at reduced costs “their cost” and I relented. I’m exhausted, it’s late, the finance person has allergies and is sniffling all over my paperwork, and I just wanted to take my pickup and go home. So, I’m happy with my interest rate and my pickup! More

Zach is very rude and arrogant. There is no communication between the sales floor and service (Mechanic) department. I found the mechanic Mike to be pleasant and experienced. Zach had me drive over 100 miles back to the dealership Twice with out communicating to the service department that I was coming in for repairs. Mike squeezed me in and scheduled the second appointment. 1 star from me. More

The deal was somewhat easy/normal during dickering stages but it was tiresome waiting 4 hr's to process the paperwork....and I paid $28K cash! Wouldn't this expedite the process!? This was on Labor Day when they should expect buyers. The car was "as advertised" however, the car was black & not much attention was paid to the massive swirl marks on the paint finish. It was somewhat embarrassing to bring home. Took 5-6 coats of car show polish just minimize the swirls. They also agreed to take care of the 2 preexisting maint error codes. I hope they follow up. I dealt with Chuck at Colorado Springs, good & slightly laid-back guy. Not aggressive which would have turned me off right from the start. They are a mid-sized car dealer. If they want to move up to a major they need to respect & do more for the buyers...like a swirl free finish. Bottom line from me......they need to speed-up paperwork process & look at the final condition of the cars they're sell before giving to us customers. Otherwise, not bad & fairly tolerable. More
