I was able to contact them about a vehicle and arrange a purchase over the phone. What was not disclosed on their website was a $1399 protection package that was non-optional including oil changes for an el purchase over the phone. Well let's see, Elliot told me they inspected the cars they sell. Really, because so far I've replaced the headlight that was out, I've replaced the failing hood strut that holds the hood open, I've fixed they sell. Really, because so far I've replaced the headlight that was out, I've replaced the failing hood strut that holds the hood open, I've fixed the rear door molding that had two clips broken on it, the steering wheel cruise control worked the first day I used it, apparently not now, and for the last Three days I have had the "malfunction indicator light" on the dash lit. It's the little engine symbol. Will the motor blow up now? So far it hasn't. The vehicle was detailed I was told, so why do i find old bread crust under the seat? Maybe I should have trusted RMAB less, and inspected the vehicle better before buying it in full. Then again I trusted RMAB when they said they inspected my vehicle. More

They don’t deliver on their promises! There was a work order to fix some thing on my vehicle, but they couldn’t get it done in the two days they had it before we were heading out of town. There was a work order to fix some thing on my vehicle, but they couldn’t get it done in the two days they had it before we were heading out of town. They said they would reimburse for me to have it done where I moved, but then they only offered to pay half of what it cost to actually get it fixed even though the work order did not specify an amount. They won’t share the actual quote they got to fix it or where they were going to have it done, so that I could use the quote to compare. They also claimed to have given me a “discount” but actually just added it back in as dealer fee fees. I paid cash, but three weeks later I still don’t have the title from them. Communication by all parties is significantly lacking.! Lesson learned, if you’re gonna buy a vehicle remotely! It has been one big headache, and I will not deal with them ! More
