I was looking at a car to purchase, but decided against it. We told them that we would call them if we decided that we were going to purchase it. They called me everyday for a week straight and was rude it. We told them that we would call them if we decided that we were going to purchase it. They called me everyday for a week straight and was rude both leaving a message and when they final got a hold of me. They acted as they were the customer and should deserve a courtesy call for me not to purchase a car from them. More

Being from Castle Rock we could either go North or South to find a suitable vehicle. We had looked at several other dealerships but didn't find a good match with reasonable miles, very clean and priced appropriately. They had one specific SUV that appeared very appealing online. When we arrived it was the match we were looking for. My experience working with this group of individuals was easy. They were friendly and tolerant of our numerous requests and questions. I have purchased 17 cars and SUVs over the years and all have been used except for 3 of them. I have dealt with a number of dealers and individuals when purchasing used these vechicles. Working with Rocky Mountain Auto was not difficult nor unpleasant. I would definitely refer others to them based on their selection of vechicles and their ethics. They disclosed to me upfront the information about the warranty (or lack of one), the 48 hour independent inspection and repair clause and were reasonable on the value of my trade-in. Besides all this, the event that prompted me to write this review was that when detailing my trade-in they found a piece of very sentimental and somewhat valuable diamond ring that was left in the car. The detailer could have easily kept it for himself but I received a call from the GM notifying me of their find. If that isn't eithical, I don't know what is. This was the first time I had ever heard of or used this dealership. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase and experience with Rocky Mountain. Remember, you are the buyer. If you don't want to use their financing (I didn't) or don't want to buy a warranty (I didn't), don't! More
I must say that the whole car buying experience was a walk in the park. I searched the Internet for a few weeks looking for a few different types of cars. They had 3 of the 5 cars I was actually looking walk in the park. I searched the Internet for a few weeks looking for a few different types of cars. They had 3 of the 5 cars I was actually looking for. I contacted them via email and Rocky contacted me back almost immediately. I made an appointment to see the Maxima, Accord and G35. He had all 3 cars ready out front for me and introduced me to Daniel. I drove all 3 and decided on the Accord. I finished up my purchase with Albert and was on my way home happy as can be. I must say these guys made it so easy and it didn't take all day either. Thanks Guys! I love my car! More

Don't buy from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. They negotiated a price and then hit you with mandatory (but really optional or they wont sell you the car) fees in finance. They live up to all the ster negotiated a price and then hit you with mandatory (but really optional or they wont sell you the car) fees in finance. They live up to all the stereotypes. Like being slick talkers, but nothing ever in writing. And you can never reach anyone. Then when you show up they run like cockroaches. When you to try to make things right they hit you with the tough luck you singed for it. The people I dealt with lied in one way or another. Be honest with your customers. If you want to keep customers treat them right and do not make them feel like idiots. I know good customer service, fair pricing, honest, and ethical behavior. Rocky Mountain should be ashamed, but I guess they just don't care. The worst part is you have the nerve to thank me for my service to this country only to take my money like I have not made sacrifices so you can be free. Lets be clear: 1. Unethical negotiation tactics - negotiated a total price, but then did not disclose mandatory (optional) add-ons. 2. Finance - Charge you fees on financing even if you have your own. 3. Customer service - when you try to contact them no one is ever there and don't hold your breath on them contacting you...They just keep passing the buck. More
WARNING!!! – This establishment will not let you have an independent mechanic inspect a vehicle prior to purchase. They will try to strong arm you into purchasing the vehicle and then getting it inspected independent mechanic inspect a vehicle prior to purchase. They will try to strong arm you into purchasing the vehicle and then getting it inspected because they “ are so reputable.” They will also tell you that you can return the vehicle within 48-72 hours if you are not satisfied after completing an independent inspection. However, if you read the contract carefully, it states, “Customer(s) understand that Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, Inc. is selling this used vehicle 100% as-is. Customer(s) acknowledge there is 48 hours from the time of sale to perform a major mechanical inspection by a 3rd party mechanic. In the event there is AN INDIVIDUAL MAJOR MECHANICAL PROBLEM FOUND OVER $500.00, Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to fix the individual major mechanical problem or unwind deal.” (Emphasis added) So they choose whether to take the vehicle back or address one issue. If your find several issues with the vehicle, but each one is under $500, you pick up the tab. This agreement is in their interest not yours. Stay away. More
I bought a car from these guys just this past Black Friday. No unnecessary games while negotiating on a reasonable price. The agreed amount was on par with KBB. As bad luck would have it, the car Friday. No unnecessary games while negotiating on a reasonable price. The agreed amount was on par with KBB. As bad luck would have it, the car needed a new transmission, which was discovered only after the sale. Now, they could've tried making a quick buck and said, "Hey, good luck with that!" Instead, they made good out of a bad situation. They arranged for servicing my car, at their expense. They did their part in keeping me informed on the progress of fixing my vehicle, whether it was good news or bad. Plus, they arranged for a temporary vehicle until the work was satisfactorily completed on my car. Their staff remained courteous and professional at all times. Basically, I have the impression that these guys are good and decent people, just trying to make an honest living selling cars, certainly without any attempts at taking advantage of you in the process. So, if you're interested in purchasing a used car at a reasonable price, look these guys up, most definitely! More
I am a young female and I purchased my first car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, which was a very exciting experience. Luckily I love the car that I am driving, but my dad and I have taken a lot of mis Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, which was a very exciting experience. Luckily I love the car that I am driving, but my dad and I have taken a lot of mistreating from the staff. Exactly a week after I bought my car it died when I tried to start it, completely dead. It happened again the next day, so I took it into O'Reilly's to get the battery checked, which was fine, but could not get an alternator reading. I called the dealership the next day and basically all I got was the run around about how they wanted me to fix it myself. My dad then calls them and tries to get help , but received the same result. I had to personally take my car in for anything to get fixed, it was just a loose terminal. It just sucks to have such bad customer service a week after I bought the car, they do not stand behind their product and do not care to help you fix the problem. Can guarantee I will not be going back. More
This company doesn't care about it's customers. Once the deal is done, you are on your own. I made the mistake of buying two cars from them within a week. This first one I had to rescue 3 times in the f deal is done, you are on your own. I made the mistake of buying two cars from them within a week. This first one I had to rescue 3 times in the first week as it wouldn't start. Their answer - you have a warranty, take it in and get it fixed. Basically, no longer their problem. The second problem occurred when there was an odometer discrepancy on the Car fax, to the tune of 20K miles. The difference between a vehicle with 100k and less than 100k. Their claim - clerical error - Right? Customer service starts at the lot. They'll promise you trust and the truth, but won't deliver on the back end. In the end it was just another business deal. Adds a whole new meaning to "AS IS", from a dealership no less. Lies, shaddy deals, dead promises - are the order of the day for this company. Stay away from them. More
The vehicle was as listed no surprises, the salesman was helpful, to the point with no pressure. The Shop was clean, the attendants polite. They seem to have quality vehicles on the lot.
