Great experience We came to look at a Nissan Pathfinder. We purchased our car that day and felt great about the service we were provided and our overall experience throughout the time we spent there that day. Bit of a miscommunication - Dealership worked to correct Edited Review - I'm editing my earlier rating after receiving a call from Albert in Finance. Apparently, there was a miscommunication in regards to ou Edited Review - I'm editing my earlier rating after receiving a call from Albert in Finance. Apparently, there was a miscommunication in regards to our wanting to stay at 60 months for the term. This wasn't conveyed to Albert. Not sure where the breakdown was, but Albert and the dealership worked to right the wrong. We have no problem accepting the fact that we missed the term, but felt the dealership should have mentioned that the term was increasing if we added warranty to the loan, which wasn't explained or mentioned. All in all a decent experience given the circumstances. Took about 2.5 hours from start to finish. We'll definitely think about purchasing from this dealership again. Previous Review - We've been had. We made it very clear where we wanted to be as far as payment goes and amount we wanted to pay. Unfortunately, my husband missed the term rate in the paperwork so we ended up with a 75 month loan, instead of the 60 month loan we were adamant about. I have one word for the buying experience here…dishonest! We won't purchase from this dealership again, nor will I recommend to anyone. The finance guy "Albert" said 60 months, but the paperwork lists 75. So yeah, they'll do whatever they can do get your business…even if it's dishonest. We'll take responsibility for not catching the "term", but when someone says 60 months when you're in the office with them, that's just downright dishonest and what gives car dealerships their bad reputation. More
