We purchased an 05 Honda CR-V this week and we had a great experience. We worked with Doug and he was honest and very helpful, even holding the car for a week while we acquired financing with a credit u great experience. We worked with Doug and he was honest and very helpful, even holding the car for a week while we acquired financing with a credit union he referred us to (even the lady at the credit union has been awesome). Im one of those people who checks reviews about a business before i become a customer and i couldn't find a single negative thing being said about them, now i see why. Doug single handedly restored a little of my faith in used car salesman, I'll not only refer people to him, I'll be a future customer for sure More

From the sales person, finance person and the floor manager. They gave me exceptional service and a fair trade for my 2008 Hyundai Veracruz. A mistake was made on the price of the truck on the internet and they honored that price with no problem and with a smile. They do not raise their vehicles to an unreasonable higher price, they do have to make a profit they are a business. I would buy my next vehicle with this dealership and I encourage other people looking for a clean, nice, reasonable used car or truck to visit this dealership. Fair and honest is what you can expect from this dealership, the people they employ are great! Blessings to all A very satisfied customer More
My experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers was great. I didn't encounter any negative practices the entire time I spent there and I was there literally from 11am to 9pm. My sales rep was Adam Torres, he I didn't encounter any negative practices the entire time I spent there and I was there literally from 11am to 9pm. My sales rep was Adam Torres, he was extremely patient and friendly. Especially because I had 2 little ones with me. I knew I had to lock in a deal just because of how much time I took from his day. I'm extremely glad I came to RMAB, I was able to negotiate a great price for my Lexus! Yes, dealer fees plus TTL can be expensive, but I was given an exceptional rate. Thanks Jay! The only blemish I can think of was waiting for the financier. Pushing 9pm and finally was able to speak with him, kept me waiting for almost an hour. But honestly hard to complain over all for the deal they gave me! I would definitely recommend giving this lot a try. More

My experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers was great. It was my first time purchasing from an actual dealership, so I was nervous about being pressured and not getting what I really wanted. I let the guy It was my first time purchasing from an actual dealership, so I was nervous about being pressured and not getting what I really wanted. I let the guys know my situation and budget and within a couple of days they had the perfect mix between what my wife and I were looking for. Adam really went out of his way in helping us and made sure we knew everything about the car and didn't get annoyed when we kept asking the same questions or had concerns. Jay and Rocky were great with getting us the right car that fit wit our budget and worked closely with us the whole way without pressuring us to buy bigger or spend more. When we are ready to upgrade and purchase again it will definitely be from Rocky Mtn. More
I began a search for a 4x4 truck about a week before starting my interviews at Rocky Mountain. Stopped there because of proximity to my workplace and was met with a friendly smile and firm handshake of starting my interviews at Rocky Mountain. Stopped there because of proximity to my workplace and was met with a friendly smile and firm handshake of Jim Knigge. We toured through an inventory of small trucks they had. None of them was a good fit for various reasons. I was then showed a Ram 1500, a bit bigger than I had originally wanted, but the truck showed very good. Drove it, loved it, bought it, was taken through all the normal sales hoopla that goes on when buying a vehicle. Jim and I drove the truck to my house to pick up my wife so she could drive our car home, and when the deal was done, Jim followed to pick up check for purchase. Later that same night I looked around for photos to show my family and I ran across a website that listed the truck $2000 lower than my purchase price. I mentioned this to Jay Orlinger and a deal was made to cover that. The website is not one they use to advertise on, so he was surprised. With that fixed, four days later I was driving the truck and the power steering went out. To make this story shorter, RMAB has picked up the tab to repair that problem. As I was driving the truck to my mechanic to have him do some additonal mechanical checks it was discovered that both ball joints were worn out and the license plate lamp burned out. RMAB called me to verify all was okay with the truck, so I told them about the latest finds, and they agreed to pay all but $100 of this last fix. Mainly, I want to point out they have done this with no pressure from me. Differing from some of the other reviews on this site, I have found RMAB to be very cooperative in getting issues resolved and they have worked very hard to see that I was satisfied with the purchase. For sure when I am on the prowl for another vehicle I will stop at their doorstep first. More
They are untrustworthy. Let me explain my experience with this company. I test drove around 3 or 4 vehicles and each time, I was told that it comes with two sets of keys. It sounded as if that was a standard this company. I test drove around 3 or 4 vehicles and each time, I was told that it comes with two sets of keys. It sounded as if that was a standard, practiced line. So, rightfully, I believed that I would get two sets of keys. I decided on a vehicle and proceeded to sign the standard paperwork. One of the pieces of paper that I had to sign was the “We Owe” form that shows what is owed to you as a customer. Of course, being told what I was told, I didn’t think I was owed anything. After I had signed all the paperwork, I went out to the lobby and met my salesperson, Mick Hollas. He told me, that he was sorry and that there was only one key. He said sometimes they come with one key and sometimes they come with two. He told me that he would try to look in the detail shop the next day as they had closed for the night. I was satisfied with that answer and waited for his reply. He called me within a couple days and said that he could not find it. He apologized, but I thought that since he told me there were two keys when I test drove the vehicle, that I should get two keys. I signed a document stating that I wasn’t owed anything because I was misled into believing there were two keys. I then took my case to the General Manager, Jay. He tried for a few weeks to track down the keys through the people he bought the car from and, as expected, they could not get the extra set of keys. Jay called me and told me that basically I was outta luck for the extra key. He even had Mick get on the phone with me and when I talked to Mick about it, he called me a LIAR. Now, if this were a regular key, it would be no big deal to me. However, this is one of those intelligent keys. I called the local Ford dealer and they quoted me that it would cost me $257 for the key itself and $85 for the remote starter fob. That’s $342 I was expected to come out of pocket for their mistake!!! Jay tried to explain that he would not pay to get a replacement key by telling me that I got a great deal on my car and that they didn’t make anything on my deal. They (Jay and Mick) have both told me that Rocky Mountain Brokers sells over a hundred cars per month, but they couldn’t afford (more like unwilling) to pay for the key that I was told was included with the car. During my time in the finance office, I was told that Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers does not spend a lot on advertising and relies on the internet and word of mouth. Apparently, $350 is worth it for Jay to have a bad review on the internet and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Actually, it probably would have been less for him since he would probably get a discount at the Ford dealer. Bottom line, in my opinion, Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers are not trustworthy. They will tell you one thing and then change it AFTER you sign the paperwork and then they refuse to make it right and treat the customer right. I just want to get the account of my interactions with them out on the net and warn other potential customers. Don’t take a chance and have a bad experience like I did. Buy a car from a company that has integrity and will do the right thing. If you do decide to purchase from here, I would suggest you go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Look for things that are normally included with a car to make sure that it is there. Check for a lug nut key, spare tire, jack, air filter, etc. The car might not have these things, but you won’t find that out until after you sign the paperwork. That’s what I think of their integrity. I’m sure others have had better experiences with them or they wouldn’t still be in business. In fact, the other reviews suggest that others have had good experiences. But, would you want to risk having an issue like this happen to you? Do business with them at your own risk. If you do decide to go there, steer clear of Mick Hollas. He will lie to your face and then deny it and then call you the liar just to save himself. “No integrity” is the phrase that describes both Mick and Rocky Mountain. More
We live in Highlands Ranch and have spent the past week visiting numerous dealers in the Denver area looking for a truck that met our needs. We also did a ton of research on-line and after seeing the selec visiting numerous dealers in the Denver area looking for a truck that met our needs. We also did a ton of research on-line and after seeing the selection at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and speaking with Mick, we made the decision to drive the hour to Colorado Springs to see what they had to offer. We have to say the folks at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers (Mick, Jay, and Steve) made our car buying experience the best and friendliest experience we’ve EVER had with a car dealership. They worked with us to get us the vehicle we wanted all within our budget. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a great car or truck, that you visit Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and take a look at their lot…you won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys ! we’ll be back to see you when we’re ready to buy again… Rod and Tina Harris More
Price was over book value and then the financing nightmare begins in which they slip in $1300 in dealer fees and high pressure tactics to get you into the top warranty at an additional $2680. Betwe nightmare begins in which they slip in $1300 in dealer fees and high pressure tactics to get you into the top warranty at an additional $2680. Between tax, dealer fees, warranty, additional insurance you end up adding $5.5K to the deal. Buyer beware and read everything very very well and make the finance guy slow down and explain every line on the contract before signing. Later I found out there was additional work scheduled for the car that the salesman didn't reveal even though I asked point blank if they found any issues with the car. The reconditioning manager told me about what else was due when I called to schedule repairing something that was obvious that the salesman couldn't hide. Overall, the car may be ok, but the experience was terrible in addition to the high price. More
