RUN, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, RUN FAR AWAY They lie. I can write an essay about all of things wrong with this place, but lying is the easiest to explain. You should not believe that your car They lie. I can write an essay about all of things wrong with this place, but lying is the easiest to explain. You should not believe that your car has been inspected before you purchase. I was told that the car was accident free. Guess what, over spray all over the front of the car. I was told that all cars get a lube, oil, filter change. Guess what, the oil filter was dated 11 months before my purchase date with a black sharpie. And don't get me started on the $895 dealer fees. They claim to back them off the price only to add them back to the price at the closing table. Bottom line, do not trust them. Even if they have the only car in the country that you want, PASS. RUN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. More

He sold us a nice vehicle that well suite Our buying experience started out good with our salesman, Mark, who was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He sold us a nice vehicle that well suited our needs. Then the nightmare began. We met Albert, the finance manager, who straight out of the gate explained to us that he would help us out with a good interest rate IF we bought products from him, namely GAP insurance and a warranty. Although I said no, we aren't interested, to which he became very rude toward us, he repetitively threatened us with not giving us the best interest rate he could unless we bought something. Finally, he does us the "big favor" and gives us the best interest rate he has, then jams us with an almost $700. window etch in the very end, which is a sticker on the inside of the drivers door, and not at all what we agreed on. Our purchase ended up being $700. over the purchase price we agreed to, and again, Albert explained how he wouldn't give us the interest rate that we were qualified to get if we didn't buy this "etch", because he has to make money! This guy was pushy, manipulative, yelled at us, wouldn't let us leave the dealership, and repeatatavly told us he flat wouldn't print out our paper work (our deal) unless he made money. Unbelievable. I've never been treated so poorly in a finance office. Albert just pushed us around and forced us to buy a product we do not want! I'll never go back there. I hope the $700 is worth the negative advertisements they'll get! On top of all that, their dealer fee is $800. Trust me, go somewhere else unless you like getting robbed! More
HORRIBLE NEVER buying from here again. First, the car i was driving an hour for was sold right before i got there and i needed a car within the week. I settled NEVER buying from here again. First, the car i was driving an hour for was sold right before i got there and i needed a car within the week. I settled on a 2005 Volvo XC90 that had just arrived. I was told a list of things they would fix, NOTHING was fixed when i picked the car up. i had to drive an hour down again to get my center console fixed, the loud clunking in my suspension fixed and the $1500 issue that was knocking out my rear parking sensors, Anti-Lock Brakes, traction control, stability control, and brake assist... i waited 7 hours at the dealership taking the whole day off of work and the ONLY thing that got done was my center console replaced. I WAYYYYY over paid for the vehicle. i paid for it with the understanding that these issues would be fixed... NEVER happened. then i find out the whole back seat dvd system doesn't even work and that was something the sales man used as a selling point when selling me the xxxx car. so now I've over paid for the vehicle by about $2000 and now i have to pay $1500 to get the ECU replaced, i have to get my suspension replaced because its all bad, i found out during an attempted emergency stop that my breaks and rotors are almost completely done for so i have to replace those. has this vehicle been priced accordingly, i would have paid $5000 for it instead of what i did. The dealership still hasn't offered to fix the ECU issue they said they would, so yay for driving in the winter and in the mountains with no ABS, or other safety features that help keep my 4500 lb car on the road with the nearly bald tires they sold me the car with. Ill be upgrading my car in a year or two and I'm avoiding this pace like the plague. More

We went here to purchase a car because my husband didn't really have any credit, it wasn't bad, he just didn't have any. We were showed several cars and the salesman was very helpful and not pushy. didn't really have any credit, it wasn't bad, he just didn't have any. We were showed several cars and the salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Unfortunately, as soon as we said we would buy the Ford Fusion we chose, things changed. The finance guy lied right to our face. They made up fees to "buy down" the loan, which wasn't necessary based on what I found out later. The fees, warranty and gap insurance that he said were "required" actually came to about $7000.00 dollars which equaled our down payment and trade in so we ended up financing the entire purchase price of the car. Whenever we asked questions to better understand what all the fees were for he changed the subject. When we tried to tell him we didn't want to buy the warranty we were told it was required, an outright lie. Although the salesman was very nice, and new, the finance part of the deal turned me off the dealer ship completely. A week after we bought the car we found out that the door lock on the drivers door wasn't working. No matter what you did the door wouldn't lock, it sounded like it did, but it wouldn't lock. We had to spend over $150.00 at a dealership to get the lock mechanism fixed and RMAB didn't care, they told me it was our problem. My husband had left his work laptop in the car throughout that first week thinking the car was locked. I'm so glad the outcome from that one wasn't different, it could have been much, much worse. I believe RMAB knew about the faulty lock and didn't' disclose it so they wouldn't have to pay for it. Overall, I think this entire dealership is dishonest and untrustworthy. More
