They made it right after the sale Bought a 2012 Nissan Xterra after seeing it online. Worked with Quentin Burgess, who was a gentleman throughout the process. The finance guy is as close to "High Pressure" sales as I had to deal with. It was dark by the time I bought the car and when I left the lot the headlights did not work. I brought the car back the next day and they fixed it. As I left the lot the "check engine" light came on. I brought the car back and they fixed it again. I drove about five miles and the car started to run poorly and the check engine light came back on. I brought the car back again. This time Quentin met me before I got back inside the dealership. He said they would make it right and gave me a loaner car until mine was fixed. (This is after they had already sold me the Xterra and didn't have to do anything). I picked the car up a few days later and it has run fine ever since. Quentin has already called me a couple of times since I got my car back to make sure everything was working correctly. He even said the dealership would detail the car for me if I brought it to them. Despite the issues I had I would recommend this dealership and especially my salesman Quentin to anyone. Instead of walking away after the sale, they stood by the car until it was right. More
