Love this dealership!! Daniel was outstanding. Team was grea I didn't come today to buy a car. We saw a car on autotrader we liked and stopped in to take a look. However my husand and I knew if we found a car we I didn't come today to buy a car. We saw a car on autotrader we liked and stopped in to take a look. Well we both loved our saleman and the dealership and they had some of the nicest most well maintained cars we have seen in a lllooooonnnngggggggggg time. And I'm picky I used to have a Q5 that we both adored and we neber thought we would find something we liked as much. Well a Lexus 450h caught my eye. We never buy new and I was curious what kind of shape it was in. Perfectly maintained. We made a very solid deal on it and my trade, shook hands and done. We were concerned about credit since we have 3 cars including the one we were trading and have cosigned 2 others so 5 cars under both our names isn't pretty for credit. They got us a good loan too. Highly recommned. More

Dealership went above and beyond my expectations. I bought my vehicle and the extended warranty from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers almost 4 years ago. The car has been great but after about 3 years of I bought my vehicle and the extended warranty from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers almost 4 years ago. The car has been great but after about 3 years of owning the vehicle, I started to have some mechanical issues with my car. (The vehicle is now twelve years old.) After taking the vehicle and having it worked on many times for the same problem in my home town, the car was still not repaired. It was a huge frustration to have to continually take my car in to the mechanics and each time after a few days the dash lights would come on again telling me the problem had not been repaired. After speaking with Rocky, he had me bring the vehicle back to Colorado Springs and he had the mechanics there repair it. He made all the phone calls for me and helped with coordinating me getting another vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired. Rocky contacted me regularly to let me know what the status was on my car. I got my car back this past Friday and it seems to be repaired. The dash lights have not come back on and it now runs great. When I went to pick up my car, Rocky had the car washed and shined up. It was spotless. Rocky walked out to the car with me and I mentioned how dim my headlights were, they had a thick film on them. Rocky asked me if I could wait another 15 minutes. I said ok. He took the car to the back and the guys cleaned up my headlights, so the film was gone. I bought this car almost 4 years ago and they still helped me out in getting it repaired and made my life much easier. To me that is commitment, loyalty and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. More
